We have used Russell Plumbing for 20 years, most recently this past week, and have always received prompt, courteous service. Their expertise covers many plumbing areas, and we could not recommend them more highly.
I had them remove a gas line from my kitchen. The plumber was very nice and helpful. While he was there we asked him how much it would cost to put new shut off valve handles on my water meter and what that entailed. He called back to the main office and said the cost would be $250 and they would come and turn my main water line off and it would be no problem and a quick job. I booked the appointment when I called to pay my gas line bill. The plumber came out, was there less than 10 minutes because he couldn't locate the main water shut off. He said that because he was barely there I wouldn't be charged. He was very nice and helpful. He said I had to call water works to have them dig it up and mark it and to call and schedule appt so he could come back and do the work. I did both and now we come to my 10-10-19 appointment. Mat came out and was quickly able to complete the job. Again, the plumbers were so nice and did a great job. He said that he was told he had to charge me $390 because of the last appointment that they couldn't do the work. I called the office to ask why I was charged for the last visit when I was told I wouldn't be. The woman who answers the phone (Renee) told me that the valve handle replacement would never be that cheap and that she wouldn't know what I was billed for until Mat came back to the office and that I should call back in the afternoon. I called back around 3:30pm and she said he wasn't back yet and to call back before 5pm because she couldn't do anything to help me. I called before 5pm as requested and she said that I was charged for that trip visit in September when he couldn't locate the main turn off. I told her the plumber said there would be no charge because he was there less than 10 minutes. I was charged $140 dollars more than I should have been. She said she couldn't help me and I had to talk to her husband Steve and he was already gone. She then told me I called too many times today and that I was not to ever call back again. I told her that she had asked me to call back. She said again not to call anymore and that Steve would call me to resolve this. Renee was so rude and disrespectful to me. I can't believe she would treat any customer let alone a repeat customer in such a way. Her husband Steve never called me.
They did a horrible job and they ruined my sink and didn't fix it. I do not recommend Russel Plumbing.
I recently hired Russell Plumbing to install my new bathroom vanity. Instead of drilling exact holes to nicely fit the plumbing, they decided to cut a large, uneven hole to get the job done faster. I called the company and the wife answered. After I expressed that I was unsatisfied, she told me that this is how they always do their work. She said that I was ""on her shit list"", never call again, and to take my business elsewhere.
I have used Russell plumbing for years and they are always great. They communicate, do a great job and I've always had great success with their work.

I wish I could give this company a zero. They came and ""fixed"" my pipes in my tub, only for the pipes to explode the next day. I don't know what he did but it made it worse. I am very disappointed with the service. Also, the receptionist which I found out was actually his wife was very rude and hung up on me. I DON'T recommend this company at all. DON'T waste your time with them.
Wanted to echo my experience with Russell Plumbing:
Completed my job half way in first call. Specific part was needed to complete the job (fix the faucet over the sink), but it was not available, hence I was told to order it from Amazon. I ordered part from Amazon, since the specific part wasn't readily available with them at the time of first call. Now are charging me again as a separate service call to put the new part (this should be included in original service call). Not a good Service at all.
When I ask the plumber who came out what we could expect on our bill, he gave us a number which included the service call and some parts. Received our invoice and it was double. I thought we could trust what we were being told but guess I was wrong.
