Absolutely wonderful! Within 3 days after contacting them they fixed my sink and installed a sump pump in the basement. Another company Parker-Arntz couldn't be bothered to call me back with an ""estimate"".

Central Air went out Tuesday and a call to the office had me scheduled for early afternoon Wednesday. Storms caused many power outages and I was moved up on the schedule because I had power. By 10 am my house was cooling again!! The technician was great and the service call prices are more than fair! Thank you Russell Plumbing!!

Called and made an appointment to have my Westinghouse boiler serviced. No problem... $55 house call and $80 per hour rate. No problem. Tech shows up early and courteous. Looks at the boiler and is shocked. He's never seen a Westinghouse boiler before (major brand sold through Menards locally). Couldn't get the boiler to fire up so he told me to call Westinghouse customer service who wasn't open yet. Since we couldn't get it to turn on he told me to make another appointment for when customer service was open and he left. I paid $100 for someone to come here and have no clue. Called the office and complained that I shouldn't have to pay for no work done. Tech then lied to the office saying I wouldn't let him look at the manual. Office didn't offer to refund me and said I could make a new appointment to have it flushed/serviced but cost would be way more than $100. If you don't offer the service you claim to offer, you can't charge a customer for your lack of experience. Would definitely not recommend.

Late in the afternoon I realized water was leaking on the floor from my water heater. After an online search I called Russell plumbing and the receptionist set me up for an appointment first thing next morning. Tim Brown was the plumber who arrived and showed up right on time. I was impressed with him the moment he put on surgical booties to protect our floor. He assessed the situation and gave me an immediate quote. After I approved his proposal Tim proceeded to lay down a drop cloth all the way from the water heater to where he would take the old unit out of the house and wheel in the new unit. He replaced the old unit and had the new one installed in short order. His final bill came in on the low end of his projected final cost. Very professional and personable. I'm a happy customer!

This is a very good place to get plumbing heating and air work done by. They are very professional, punctual and have very good prices. My favorite thing through is they send you a bill instead of having to pay when the work is done.
