Wanted to give a very hearty shout out of appreciation to Russell! We had out water main break at some point, but were never notified by Calaveras Water District that they had shut off our water. We came up to our cabin early Friday afternoon to find the shut off notice and the need ""to get this repaired on our own"" so we checked out the 'Top 10 Plumbers' on Yelp. Russell was only one of two to even answer their phone, or return my message. And he was the only one who would actually come out to look at our problem!! Don't even bother calling the other people on the list because they are either ""too busy and not accepting new work"" or don't even bother to return a phone call?! He came out early Saturday morning, but discovered he couldn't repair it right away (the break was buried deep under our driveway) so he gave us an estimate and thought he was going to need to break up part of our driveway to get to the repair. We had to leave since we didn't have any water, but he was able to come back later before we came back up and was able to get the repair done without having to break up my driveway - saving me another project!
The service was great and a decent price too. Can't thank you enough! No one ever wants to have a plumbing problem, but I would give a definite thumbs up to Russell, and will be using him again if we ever need.

Our water heater broke and we called Russell. He called us back the same day and was there the next day to fix it. Russell had us check in with him to make sure the water heater was working, and when it didn't (turns out we also needed a new thermostat) Russell came by the next day as well. I should also mention that the second time Russell came by was during a major snow storm. Our water heater works great now. If you are looking for a plumber who does quality work, has great customer service, and reasonable prices Russell is who you are looking for.

Highly recommend Russell! Re-did the plumbing in our kitchen and bathrooms. Installed new sinks, faucets, toilets and dishwasher. So responsive to timing of jobs with other contractors and his working relationships with other local contractors made for a very smooth remodel. It's clear he prides himself in a job done right! Add to that reasonable rates! Definitely our plumber of choice and one we can without hesitation HIGHLY recommend to others!

Called Russell at 10:10 am this morning, July 30, 2015 and he said he would be here within two hours...Russell arrived at 12:10 as promised...Looked our situation over and dug a line to expose the broken pipes into the house and found it severely cracked and leaking underground badly...Russell did a fabulous job, very happy with his work...This is the ONLY plumbing person who I would call...Highly recommend...

I had a plumbing emergency, split pipes due to the cold.
Russell was very busy that Saturday and recommended some other reliable plumbers. Couldn't get hold of anyone else so he managed to fit me in. Stopped by when he could and fixed it right up. Still dripped slowly so he came back and replaced one more part. Very reasonable charge.
Russell also helped us a few years ago with a kitchen pinhole leak and did the rough plumbing when we upgraded the bathroom.

My 2nd floor shower was leaking into my 1st floor shower. I was afraid they would have to rip out the shower enclosure or remove part of the ceiling on the 1st floor to fix it. When I contacted Russell, he came out and looked at my situation. Russell came up with a innovative solution using a wingtight drain repair kit. The kit fixed my problem - no more leak and save me a lot of money in the process.

I would use Russell again in the future.
