Janet R.This company came out the summer before last to repair a clogged drain. It took them two days to unclog, but in the process they Roto routed through pipes underneath my house causing a major leak and made it to where my underbelly of my house became saturated with water from the pipes they cause the leaks in. Because their repairs did not hold, we are now looking at a very major repair. Also as a result of them cutting the bottom membrane open we are going to have to replace the bottom membrane. After they completed the work, I waited for their bill to arrive listing exactly what they did. several weeks went by and I was unable to get a response from them with an itemized statement. I never received a bill from them. This showed me that they knew that they had done damage on the underside of my house. I would not recommend this company to anyone at this time.
