They charged me more money than anyone else and destroyed my pipes. They did not take responsibility and cost me over $5000 in addition to the $1500 they charged me. Kevin and his crew are rude, and use profanity. My neighbor said that she almost called the police, because they were disgusting and yelling and swearing. They are scary.

I should have read all the terrible reviews and the BBB complaints!

Would never use again. So overpriced. Pay attention to reviews. For the amount of work and time he is triple the price.

Gave it one star because I had to. Back in the day when Russ was alive which was prior to November of 2014 Russ's sewer was a great business but since his nephew has taken over it has gone down the tubes. We had them come out to do a plumbing job replacing pipes on an outside wall in September. It is now January freezing outside and both our hot and cold water in the kitchen froze up. I contacted Kevin and he was so rude said they did the job properly and that it was our business to take care of the rest. I'm sorry but if you're doing Plumbing on an outside wall before you close it up you have to insulate at least the pipes here are some pictures of how they left it. We will never use this company again and if you're smart don't do it either. I tried contacting Kevin and all he did was swear and be rude ...very very very very very unprofessional... the first photo showing is somebody else we called to repair it and how it should be done properly the other two are how it was left by Russ' Sewer.

These guys are great - Update.
I've used Russ before to resolve sewer problems. This time, it happened on a Sunday. I found water on the floor under the valve on my stack and freaked. I called Russ hoping to leave a message and I was happily surprised when Kevin answered the phone.
He told me they'd be there around 10 the next morning right after their first call. I was so relieved. They are responsive, show up on time, know what they're doing, and fix the problem. And their charges are reasonable. What more can you ask for? I highly recommend them.

What a nightmare and miserable experience. My wife called Russ to have him come out to our property and price out replacing part of our sewer pipe. He says the crew will be out there after lunch. We get a call at 10:30am that the crew is at the property already so we head over to find that they had broken into the security gate and were in our basement rodding out the sewer. We never asked them to rod the sewer nor was it necessary since we just had it done. Told them to stop and they refused saying the were almost done? We told them we weren't paying them for it and they left. Russ called my wife back and berated her calling her nuts while yelling at her on the phone. He lost a 2-3K job over a $250 job that we never asked for and didnt need. Yes, they broke into our house and rodded out our sewer without us asking them to do so.
