Insanely rude and incompetent. I called the number at the top of the website, reached the very angry FATHER of Russ Jr, who informed me he was at the beach and that I needed to call his son. I had already called his son, whose phone goes to voicemail immediately and who only had 13 seconds left in his voicemail box for me to record a quarter of a message.

On top of that, they overcharge like crazy. Trust me, just do the work yourself or hire a better professional. This business is a joke.

Project was a complete gut/renovation of a 2 bedroom shore condo. Excellent craftsmanship by Russ and his crew. No one does what they do and they do it all. I give them nothing but positive reviews. Russ was always available and inspected every job. He completed within budget and on time. Every suggestion he made was for my benefit and I'm glad he made them.

Disappointed in Pagano home improvement company. He did work for me in October 2019. At the time of final payment I pointed out to him that certain work was not finish properly. In fact it was really shoddy. He promised that he would return in the spring and redo that area. I called him on June 4 and sent him a picture of another area. That area Had material that he had installed which was Azak and it was coming loose.
I placed srveral calls but he has never return my calls. Russ Pagano is a good salesman but he doesn't deliver. Do not expect him to return if you have a problem. His work is mediocre.
