So far, I've had a clogged toilet and very low water pressure at my kitchen sink. I called John's Plumbing and Mike came out both times. Mike is a very nice, efficient technician. With the clogged toilet, he was at my home in less than 24 hours and cleared my toilet in no time!
With the kitchen sink, Mike took everything apart and cleared some debris, but the water pressure was still very poor. (The faucet was the original.) Mike's recommendation was to purchase a new faucet or flush out the line. I went with the less expensive option and purchased a reasonably priced faucet. Problem solved!

Excellent plumbers!! They repaired the clogged plumbing in the kitchen pipes all the way through to the outside of the back of the house, fixed the leaking water faucets in the shower, and the leaking toilet of this 67 year old house. They came out the same day we called. Efficient, excellent repairs. Very reasonable cost and very professional staff.

I installed a new bathroom vanity but the drain pipes were close and I wanted someone to set it up correctly. Our realtor Sue referred us to John's Plumbing, she said he handled all their needs and I could trust him. This is a vacation house so we told John where the key was, he was there right away, did great work, sent me photos and the work was first class. John took care of the work, we are very happy with the job and price, what more can one ask!!!

A few years ago we had the unfortunate experience of a flood that began with the clothes washer and severely impacted three rooms. I called Patty Campbell of Campbell's Country Kitchen and she said without hesitation that I should call John's Plumbing. I did and I will never forget the promptness, the impeccable work ethics, and commitment to family I discovered through conversation. It was evening and time to tuck in the children so he asked my permission to come back in the morning after he took care of the emergency. John returned in the morning and made everything okay again. We have gone on to make other minor improvements and we are sure to have John's Plumbing on our speed-dial.

John has gone on to wrap his arms around our Valley Springs Youth Center and is always there whenever we need him. While we do try to show the youth how to make minor repairs, you can just imagine a youth center without a functioning toilet.

The day John and his family moved to Valley Springs was a banner day for our entire area.
