Showed up on time for multiple appointments, generally did good work. However, their labor is only guaranteed for 30 days; 6 receptacles they installed stopped working only 2 months later. They wouldn't come back to fix the problem for a reduced rate, and stated 'the policy is the policy.'. They didn't want to acknowledge that maybe their installation was faulty and I'm hoping at best that none of their other work fails. Would not use again.

Rush has been to our house 3 times so far and so far is unable to fix our AC. Some appointments were 2 weeks apart. They were again scheduled to be here again today and NO ONE showed up, nor did we receive a phone cal, email, text from them. This appointment was confirmed yesterday. It has become very obvious you need to run as far as possible from this company. They do not be able to follow through on what they advertise they can do. Shoddy and incomplete work. Our system is now in worse shape then when they first came on July 3rd.

Stay away from this company! I was referred from my home warranty company. The technician was on his way and I explained to him the issue. He didn't have the right equipment and said the office would be calling me. The office called and said that they are transferring my request to another company. The lady on the phone was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I would give them negative stars if it was possible.

Rush responded to our 2-10 warranty claim for plumbing. My elderly father passed away and we found clogged sewer lines and a flooded basement in his home. I personally snaked the clean outs both inside and outside the house but was only able to clears the line outside the house. Rush arrived and snaked the outside lines but refused to snake the inside clean outs. I told Rush where the clog was but they insisted it was clear.... 2 days later the basement flooded again. I called Rush and the 2-10 warranty for a recall service. Rush refused and basically told me FU#* YOU!...""we pulled out 2 baby wipes and we did our job, we are not coming back"". The 2-10 warranty company took Rush for their word and refused additional service...THIS WILL BE ANOTHER FINE REVIEW. I called Parkway Plumbing and reached Brian the owner. Parkway Plumbing arrived within 2 hours..listened to what I had to say about what had been done already and proceeded based on that. They cleaned the outside line and the lines inside the house..Parkway Plumbing got the job done the first time and didnt treat me as if I were uneducated and ignorant. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BRIAN AND HIS CREWS AT PARKWAY PLUMBING.

As karma has it, our AC unit went out a couple weeks before a graduation party. Since we were not the original home owners, I found out this is the company that put the original unit in before. Called them and the showed up the very next day. They were courteous and explained the issues with the unit, even showing me the fault codes. Also, when they were on the phone checking on the parts with the manufacturer, they put it on speaker phone just to keep me aware of both ends of the conversation.

Once the parts arrived, again they arrived on-time and fixed the unit. They even used coil cleaners (expensive) to clean my unit as the coils were very dirty...free of charge. I would surely recommend them for the future and I also signed up for their reoccurring maintenance program. Top notch, professional service and generally good guys. Highly recommend!

We had a situation with our HVAC system that needed attention immediately. Rush Hearing & A/C responded quickly, did an inspection of our current HVAC system, and gave us comprehensive report on the problem. It was determined that a replacement was seriously needed. After getting quotes from two other HVAC companies, we decided to hire Rush Heating & A/C. Their price on a new Carrier system was $1,000 lower the other companies installing an inferior system. Additionally, they explained each step of the process and made sure it was done correctly. Rush's workmen were polite, efficient, and on time. We are very happy with our HVAC results and highly recommend Rush.

These guys are at least $100 more than the competitors. They'll also do additional services without discussing and then demand payment. If you want to break your wallet, then hire them.

Rush electric is the worst, the company and the employees are very unprofessional and incompetent. I was directed to rush companies by my home warranty to repair my AC, it's been a month I was told by there supervisor today to find a different company.
