Rush used to have a reputation for being expensive, but good. Well, they're still expensive, but not even close to good. The quality of the work was terrible - they didn't do the work that was requested and tore up the ceiling to install a valve that a) didn't work and b) wasn't needed. Customer service was a joke.

don't contact them. they have no idea what they're doing. horrible customer service.
dont waste your money on rude people that no clue about equipment. they don't guarante on time service.
if you live outside pr and are making plans for relatives they are not cooperative asking questions that no one can answer from afar.
apparently, they dont need your business since they xan afford to be rude and dismissive.

Customer beware! Make sure to ask if ""a helper"" is coming to complete your job! You will be charged for both, for a one person job!

We ""had"" used Rush for years to service our heating system. They were great, even though they weren't the least expensive. Barry was great and was very responsive.
We had a problem with our system and Barry wasn't available and an older gentleman was sent out... long story short, three service calls for same issue, three separate bills (almost $1000 total) still no resolution to the problem with our heating system. We've moved on from Rush!

We had a new water heater installed by another company. After he left we used the water and we got a knocking noise in the pipes and the water would spit out hard. It sounded like air was trapped in the line. The company sent an installer back to our house and he stated that it had nothing to do with the new water heater it was our well. We hired another plumbing company and they said that we needed a new well pressure tank for $1,000. We had ordered this tank but the company never installed. We called the 3rd company which is RUSH SERVICES their installer came out and said it was the cap to the value had a hole in it. This was causing the rattling of pressure built up he fixed it in 20 minutes. The cost was just a trip charge. These are REAL plumbers do not get anyone else but RUSH SERVICES they know what they are doing and do not rip off people for big money.
We are out of 350.00 it would have been more if we did not hire an excellent company.

Dead of winter in Oakland MD. Heating zone in main living area failed. Quick version is ...... I am very pleased with the service Rush provided. Got here just a few hours after I called. Serviceman and his helper were great. Did repair efficiently and great workmanship. Rush will now be my go-to company in Deep Creek area.

My complaint is that they charge full hourly rates for their workers travel time. That's pretty expensive at $85.00/hour for a plumber and $68.00/hour for an electrician. So for them to get to my place cost me $170.00 for the plumber (2 trips) and $68.00 for the electrician. I had used them for years and this is the first time that I recall the labor charges being so high.

Lowell showed up to our rental to fix a leaky toilet almost as soon as we reported it. He had the toilet fixed in well under an hour and his speed was only matched by his politeness and excellent customer service.
