Had an emergency after hours leak I had to take care of on a rental property. I called a few businesses prior to calling Rush and speaking with Tony. I decided to go with Rush because they where available and The only company I spoke with over the phone that didn't beat around the bush. I explained the situation in detail and they gave me confidence that they could take care of it that evening. They also gave me the option of waiting till the next day to save some money. Since it was a rental and the need for water I had them come out that evening. It was a very pleasant experience. Tony was very knowledgeable and friendly. He arrived fast, took care of the problem just like he mentioned over the phone. No run around or up selling like I have experienced with other plumbers. I would recommend them for regular plumbing needs and as an emergency after hours plumber.

Tony was great. I called him at 8am on Thursday when we needed a new water heater FAST and by 3pm it was in and running. Very knowledgeable and a downright nice person. I will be calling him again for more plumbing issues I am going to have soon.

At one point Rush Plumbing would not come out to fix a problem 5 months after they did $1325.00 worth of work. Got someone else to take care of it. Then it happened again so I thought I would try again since they know the property best after having done all that work. They did come out the second try, however, the technician called me after he cleared the drains and said there is a mess that needs to be cleaned up, what do you want me to do? I was dumbfounded, the clean up has always been included in the price they quote, he wanted $90.00 more to clean what he had brought out of the drains. Terrible to do business with

Called them and got the owner, Tony, and told him about my issue, he let me know approximately what it might run me and that he could be there in an hour. Showed up 30 minutes early, friendly and to the point, took care of my problem in like 10 minutes. Paid $160 for services and he was gone. Speed and service is what he offers. Now I don't know anything about the prices this stuff costs so if it was a high payment or not I can't say, but if your looking for your problem to get fixed yesterday, I'd definitely recommend Tony from Rush Plumbing.

I had waited all day for another company to come out. I called Rush and they were at my home in thirty minutes. Fixed my problem in two minutes. The technician, Tony, was super friendly and very efficient. I will call them again first the next time I need a plumber.

I don't write reviews unless truly compelled to. Tony, the plumber, is a great plumber professional. We had issues of a couple of constant leaks from age of the house, which had grown worse of the last few weeks. We tried fixing it ourselves, but only made the leakage worse. On the phone, he sensed the urgency and made room in his schedule for our house. Within minutes of arriving, he was able to accurately diagnose the problem and within an hour cut, sweat, and fix three water valves under the sink. He did a great job. He was a very personable person and understanding to our predicament. Best of all, his prices are decent. We are planning to move and I will make sure I have his card on hand for the new house.
