Rush Heating and Air did a great job replacing the valve in my shower. Gabriel was polite and professional, and I was impressed with the quality of his work, especially the welding (see photo).

The previous valve was difficult to turn on and off and the temperature fluctuated. The new Moen valve is a pleasure to use.

Gabriel even took the time to install a new eustachian for my shower head. The job was completed and inspected in record time.

I highly recommend Rush Heating and Air for excellence in service.

Such a great deal on a new system and courteous initial service. When calling for yearly servicing no response. Answering machine only and no return call. Called 3 Times and left 3 messages to schedule. No return call ever

My wife booked a appointment for Friday at 5pm to come price a install for a full cut in to our house. He did not show. My wife had to text him to see if he was coming. He then responded saying that he had an emergency that he was not going to make it. (Understandable) my wife books another appointment the next day with him and he says a time of between 830-9 am. Well here we go again. No call no show. We waited around tell 9:45. I would not recommend this company. A call saying I can't make it would be great.

Called Mike again regarding my air duct system. I had checked one of my vents in my living room which is usually the warmest room in the house during the summer months. I discovered that the ducts we're not properly connected to the vents. I could reach into the attic. That's when I realized I needed to give Rush a call. Mike came out and checked all the ducts. I knew the ducts we're old. We had also had problems with allergies with myself and the kids. He suggested adding some vents, enlarging the return vent and enlarging some other vents. He said he would replace all the ducts and ensuring it met a certain code. After a few days of work I cannot tell you how pleased we have been with the results. We have only been able to try out the heating portion of the new ducts since it's been cold. The heat in the house is now distributed so well and evenly throughout the house. The unit even runs smoother and quieter than before. The filter doesn't get anywhere as dirty as it used to. Allergies, haven't been an issue and the overall dust in the house is much better. The vents and return look great! Awesome job Rush Heating and Air!

I called Rush heating and air about 4pm and he was at my moms house at 11 am the next day...Mike was so nice to explain everything he was going to do before he did it without over charging I would highly recommend Rush Heating and Air to anyone!! Not only did he fix the problem with my moms air, he was so nice and patient with my mom and all her questions.

Nice guy, but took me for big bucks and basically lied to me. Charged me $75 to come out and diagnose my AC issue (no problem there). Took the panel off the outside AC while I watched. Within 2 minutes he determined that it was a capacitor (5 minute job). Charged me $300. Since I had another AC at my other house that was exactly the same, I thought maybe it prudent to replace this part in it since they were installed around the same time. I asked him where I could get the part (knowing that I could do the job myself now) and he said that I'd have to go through a contractor. I then asked him how much he'd sell me one for and his response was $100. Come to find out that the same part is sold through Amazon for $15...to ANYONE. This job should have been no more than $100...period!! The owner, Mike, was a nice guy and very personable, but there is no excuse for lying to me and over-charging me by 200% or more. I would never refer anyone to them after this experience. Buyer beware!!

Placed a call to Rush Heating and Air on Friday, 7/21 and Mike the Owner arrived at our home on Saturday, 7/22. He surely lives up to his name. He was quick, professional and very friendly. He explained his inspection on our units in detail and what he planned on doing if we accepted his quote to proceed. His price for service was very affordable and we felt confident that he would do a great job after his analysis. We are very happy with his service and will definitely call him again when needed. Both times I've used this company, they seemed uncertain as to the best course of action. The last time the technician who serviced my unit was like, well, we can do this but it's going to be really expensive and I'm not sure you even need it. They also weren't any cheaper than their large competitor in the area.

However, my AC unit seems to be working right now so I'll give them a 3 of 5.

Rush installed A/C in my house. Mike did the research to make sure I had the right size unit for my climate zone and house size. The install was perfect and the team was able to keep everything esthetically pleasing on the outside. To cap it off, he gave me tips on maintaining the system. Will definitely be referring business.
