Mike and Mike (yes, they were both named Mikes) came to our home within 24 hours of my husband calling them to fix our AC. They were punctual, professional and very thorough. I would recommend them to anyone.

I HIGHLY recommend Rush Heating and Air. Even on the weekend he didn't double his call charge like other companies. I had another company come to look at the AC unit and just felt like the guy was overcharging for EVERYTHING, not just the call charge because it was the weekend. He wanted to test the unit because it was out of freon, but couldn't do it for a week. He was right there, why couldn't he just do it. Plus the rate to test seemed astronomical. We told him just to leave and called Mike at Rush Heating and Air before the other guy was even gone. I told him what the other guy said and he said he could come over and test the system right away and the price was TOTALLY different than the other company. When he got to the house, he tested the unit and found the leak right away. Unfortunately, because the coils were aluminum on the unit, we need to look at replacing the coil instead of repairing. So being a weekend, we are in a to be continued till Monday. But felt Mike was VERY honest and not trying to take advantage of the situation or that it was a weekend. He also seemed very knowledgeable in everything. I felt very comfortable in what Mike was telling us and so happy we found him!

I called Mike today because my A/C unit was not starting. He was at my house within 75 minutes. Turns out that my unit was great but has a bad breaker connection. He cleaned everything up and tested the system for cooling. Never tried to upsell me or tell me something was broken that wasn't. I would give him my business any day of the week. Trustworthy, timely and friendly in the big heatwave we are having currently. If you need an A/C repair or service call these guys.

I manage a local auto repair shop. Our A/C broke on the hottest day of the year. We called Mike and he made time to come out and check our unit. Even though our unit is from the 1970s and wasn't able to be repaired same day, I appreciate Mike taking the time to come out and diagnose our problem on his busiest day. Rush Heating and Air were the quickest contractor that could come out during a 100+ heatwave. Our HVAC died and we were without AC for a whole weekend.

Mike and Nick quickly came out Monday morning to the Rescue and installed a complete new HVAC system.

Our current system was 25 yrs old and on its last leg. Mike said the best course of action would be a new system. He quickly found us a condenser, coils and furnace and finished the installation on Friday.

My new system is better than cool, it's ice cold baby. No comparison to the old system. Now we are saving money because it is so much more efficient, can't wait for winter to start using my brand new furnace as well.

I would highly recommend Rush Heating and Air for any of your HVAC needs, whether that be a new system or minor repairs or simply annual maintenance/tune-up.

AC died at my house in Redlands, and Mike with Rush just completed installation of a new AC unit and new ducting. Mike is professional and has a great work ethic. He worked hard and fast at restoring the AC and returning the house to a livable temperature. Have not had similar experience with other AC companies in the area. Will always use Mike in the future.

Nick and Mike came over early in the morning after I just called them late afternoon the day before..They answer their phone and get an appointment with you promptly!!!! He came and solved the problem and I only paid him a diagnostic fee..I had 2 other bad estimates from 2 other companies with 2 different answers and 1 even made me replace my thermostat when that wasnt even my problem..Nick and Mike reassured me that I dont have to rush out and get a new unit like the others told me or that there is no potential crack leaking carbon monoxide or that my air ducts were the worst they ever seen...He reassured me that everything was ok and it was just a simple fix..and he even quoted me on the piece the others told me to fix and it was wayyyyyyyyy cheaper!!!!!! They are awesome and are VERY honest, reliable, and good prices!! Even the diagnostic fee was cheaper!!!! I am so excited to finally have HONEST people because you cant find that anymore!!!Such a relief!! I didnt want to waste my $$ and have them as a 3rd opinion but im soooooo glad I did..Best decision I made!!
