Called ""Gabriel"" for a toilet stoppage that was misdiagnosed into a mainline stoppage costing $750. He claimed he used a hydro-jet to clean the line. The next day the toilet backed up again because the problem was really a full septic system which needed a pump-out, instead. All the while, his ""tech"" makes phone calls (on a film set) to owners behind me and starts talking to guests, which is what Gabriel did, as well. Not cool.

Even though I had used him before, he went around me to someone else to get paid. Had he been using current technology I could have paid him via Paypal or Venmo, as I requested, instead of by check.

Now that I see his other reviews I see the error of my ways.

The galvanized metal pipes to my main water suppy were seriously deteriorated. It looked like a disaster waiting to happen.
Gabriel from RUSH PLUMBING replaced all the pipes with new copper. Now it looks like a work of art..... better than ever !

Gabriel is an expert plumber, as well as courteous, professional and on time (early !).
I will definitely call RUSH PLUMBING in the future.

We had a great experience. They installed a clean out the same day and took giant roots out of the pipe. It wasn't cheap- but well worth the money. We've had ""cheap"" plumbers who did quick fixes that ensured that they would be able to keep coming back, but Rush plumbing found out the real problem and in the long run we'll be saving money and time. Gabrielle did a thorough job, was very clean, and very professional.

They are very dishonest and will not do what they promise. My very sick 85 year old father needed an ADA toilet installed in his bathroom. Rush Plumbing promised to install a Toto brand toilet for $500, but instead installed a no name brand toilet but still charged the expensive price of the $500 for the Toto brand toilet. I was very displeased that they would be so dishonest.

NOT PROFESSIONAL! Gabriel was sent out from our home warranty company and not only didn't finish the job fixing a leaky faucet - even though I paid him the deductible - he then had the audacity to leave a very inappropriate threatening voicemail complaining that the home warranty company had not yet paid him their half and if I didn't call them and do something about it that he was going to put all the responsibility on me. I understand how frustrating it must have been to not get paid the full amount from the home warranty company, but that is between him and them. Or at least he could have politely asked me to call the home warranty and see what was going on with them not paying him, instead of threatening me. Very uncomfortable.
