I'm leaving this review because the OWNER says he doesn't care. I'm walking in the parking lot at Target on Clinton Keith and I almost get hit while he reverses out of a parking stall (P.S. You have no working reverse lights, jerk!!). As I stand there and wait (maybe your passenger should have guided your oversized company van out since you're apparently visually impaired)...you stop just to ask me (so sarcastically) ""I'm sorry, am I in your way?"" Apparently you've never heard that pedestrians have the right of way. I tell you ""No, but you should probably look before reversing"" which you retort in return that I SHOULD LOOK WHERE I'M GOING! Hahahaha, how do you think I'm not in the hospital right now?? Count your lucky stars because if you had hit me, you'd be in the wrong! As I take my phone out of my bag you tell me ""Go ahead, I'm the owner!"" So laughable that you even run a company with the zero integrity and lack of respect you have for other human beings.

I see you get your company name because you're in a RUSH to run people over, in a RUSH to do a job and in a RUSH to rip customers off (as stated in a previous review!) Happy Holidays to you and yours...Wishing you more compassion in the new year!

Had a leaking pipe on a Sunday afternoon and had no clue who to call. I am so happy I called Rush Plumbing & Rooter. I called and spoke to a live person right away instead of leaving a message and hoping someone calls me back. He took my information and said he would have someone at my house in 1 hr. Joe showed up and was very professional and thorough. He took care of the leak and even gave us a quote for other issues. Definitely saving their number for future plumbing issues.

I do not lightly place a poor review, and often focus on positive reviews. Rush Plumbing and Rooter completed work on our home and left the area in a mess. They never returned to remove the framing for the concrete pour, left a pile of spilled concrete in the lawn area among other items. The work was completed and we have not had any recurring problems. I called the company to ask for the technician to contact me about the remaining work to be completed (and even told them one tech left a personal headset). I never received a call back. I would certainly not recommend this company.

Awesome Service!! Plumbers are on time and super friendly. I loved my service. They service all of California too! I live in Stockton CA and i was impressed on how fast they came and did my main sewer line. I would recommend this company

Definitely have to recommend Rush Plumbing and Rooter for any plumbing needs you have in the Murrieta/Temecula area!
Called Bill Zaiss, for an air gap issue with our sink. When he came out he was very polite and personable. Immediately he was able to figure out the problem, and had the issue fixed in minutes!
He even took the time to show me how to prevent the problem in the future and talk me through questions I had.
Can not recommend his services enough!!! You won't want to call any other plumber.

I called Rush Plumbing and was very pleasantly surprised to get a live person. Cheryl answered the phone and took care of me immediately. Within a few minutes I had an appointment set with Bill.
As I just bought a new (used) home I wanted Bill to take a walk thru with me to check all the plumbing. I was very impressed with Bill's promptness and affordable prices.
Also unlike most plumbers Bill explains what he is doing and why. My husband and I
are impressed!!!!

I called Bill from Rush Plumbing and Rooter.....WOW. His front office gal answered the phone and set me an appointment immediately... I was so impressed... Bill came out and began work on a new (used) home we had just bought...toilets, leaky faucets,filtration system and on and on....Bill educated me each step of the way and didn't leave me In the dark like most plumbers....very very impressed....will be referring Bill and using him again...
