Called Ruppel's Plumbing in Fort Morgan, to unclog our main line in basement of a home in Fort Morgan. The shower was backing up when the upstairs toilets and sinks were used. Ruppel's used a 75ft snake at the shower clean out. They fed the snake more than 50ft before finding the clog. When water drained from shower drain the plumber (Carl)pulled the snake out and left.
They billed us for 1.5 hours when they were here less than an hour. My father paid the bill anyway.
Two days later our shower was backing up again. Called Ruppel's to let them know problem wasnt resolved. They came out next morning. The plumber(Carl) repeated the snake routine, as soon as the snake cleared a hole in clog, He pulled the snake out and left. Two days, again shower backing up. I called on a Monday and again Tuesday, I was told they couldn't get to it until Friday. The problem was not resolved and since the bill was paid they opted for other paid jobs instead of clearing our main line properly and left us with unusable bathrooms.
I will not recommend or use Ruppel's Plumbing in Fort Morgan, again.

Ruppel's Plumbing showed up on time and did an outstanding job of repairing two outdoor faucets - one of which was leaking badly and had been repaired numerous times - with no lasting fix.

I was pleasantly surprised at the cost of the repairs. It was much lower than I had anticipated.

I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing repairs!

Ruppel's is the company that installed the heating system for my house. I have continued to use them as I felt they would know the system the best. I should probably find someone new.

I had a squeaking noise while the heat was on so I called Ruppel's. After a few days he stopped by to take a look. He spent 7 minutes total at my house, he stuck his head in the area where the furnace is and said he couldn't hear anything. Then he informed my wife that it is likely the ducts need cleaned. So we had them cleaned. When they were cleaning the ducts, they noticed that 3 ducts were detaching from the sub-floor, they said I should call an HVAC to have them fixed. So I called Ruppel's.....4 times.....I left 4 messages. I have never received a call back. I received a bill for $70.00 for him to do what I already did, I could have told him there was no squeak in the furnace itself.... so what did i get charged for?

I called Ruppel's Plumbing & Heating after the recommendation of the previous homeowners and it turned out to be a perfect recommendation!

I had a water heater that was leaking and needed help urgently.

I received a call back from them early in the morning the night after I left a message with them, and they came out immediately (ahead of all other calls), assessed the issue and had a brand new water heater installed and running, all within 2 hours. They did not charge an arm and a leg, and were also extremely professional.

I will definitely be using them again in the future!
