My recent experience with Running Water Plumbing was extremely disappointing and unproductive. Not only did they do nothing on a water line leak in yard, the 15 minute consultation cost $135.00! Their suggestions were completely contrary to the advice received by Collier County and another plumbing company. I would never recommend the services of this business based upon their unreasonable charge and poor problem solving.

In my experience, it is hard to find good plumbers. Here in Naples, there is a small firm that provides prompt, expert and efficient service. These guys are very neat and work steadily to finish the job. I have had them replace the toilet hardware, replace the garbage disposal and install a water purification system -- all done most efficiently.

My sister recommended Mike McWilliams to me when I moved to Naples in 2002, so I have used him for my home and rental properties for more than 15 years. He has replaced water heaters for me, changed out old sinks and toilets, repaired leaks, snaked out lines that tenants have clogged, installed new shut-off valves... you name it, he's done it for me, on time and at quoted prices. I would not hesitate to call him first for any job, big or small.

I needed a toilet installed and was quoted a certain price for the installation and take away of $179. I asked if there were any additional costs and was told only if a supply line or shut off would be needed. When the technician arrived, I was told it would be $300. When I asked for an itemized bill he just answered it is $300. When I asked if I could pay with a credit card I was told only checks or cash. Be careful when you call this company. It seems like they will take advantage of a widowed customer.
