Agreeing with pretty much everyone else here, amazing experience, no complaints. What originally took me two weeks worth of searching, calling, negotiating with several parties to get my electric tankless water heater replaced (I was providing the replacement), Joseph not only provided the most reasonable estimate, but showed he was sure of his estimate and ability to do the job! Other places were quoting exorbitant costs, requests for electricians, claiming inability to work with such a ""complicated"" setup feigning lack of know how to disconnect and reconnect some wires and plumbing, to some downright wasting my time making quotes for entirely redoing the plumbing to install a whole different system outside the house for a LOT more money. Joseph didn't even try to up sell me to do more than what I was asking for, he made the offer of precisely how much time he estimated it would take, his hourly rate, parts/material costs, and that he's always offering what he thinks is ""fair"" for the time and effort being put into a project. We scheduled the install a couple days later since the need for hot water wasn't absolutely dire (we have a solar water heater, being in sunny Southern California, water is hot by 10am).

The day came to do the ""swap"" of the water heaters, and I can't express enough how easy it was to have it done. He did the re-install almost exactly as he had said he would, the time was to the minute accurate of his estimate, and parts used was minimal. I honestly cannot be happier about his work, it was clean, efficient, and cost effective. I'll always consider him for future plumbing jobs, and I think he knows that now haha. I'm ever so thankful for making something that was frustrating me to no end being resolved so painlessly that I can now take a nice hot shower in the morning without worry.

Absolutely amazing experience. Came out on short notice and installed this new sink, faucet and plumbing work. The sink would not fit at first because the cut in the countertop was too small. They were able to correct the cut in the granite countertop and make the sink fit perfectly. Thanks so much Joe and Meg!!

This team answered my call immediately, came later that day to analyze the toilet not flushing AND shower not draining. They found the original cast iron main pipe was cracked completely and sewage had been spilling out but even below that was clogged and had just had enough. That's in my layman's terms. They came next mid-day after another job and heroically changed the pipe without even ripping the exterior wall surrounding it away. (They're very slim)! Ethical, excellent communication, fair pricing and great personal care ! Hire them!
