My upstairs was leaking into my ceiling and outside wall. Insurance plumber came out and said my toilet and tub gasket was leaking. I pointed out that the water was not coming from those points but he said it was an old leak. As a result my homeowners did not cover it. Called Jorge Ruiz, he came out and found the leak was coming from a broken drain pipe and got the job done. Jorge is very knowledgeable, honest and reasonably priced.
