I hired them based on a recommendation. I asked them to fix a small number of minor plumbing problems during the initial visit. I wanted them to get all the parts, then come to fix everything in one visit, so I did not have to meet the plumber 7 separate times. I started listing their screw ups in my list: leaking toilets, new kitchen sink handle, fireplace gas pipe, water heater timer, bathroom sink drains, and tub drain that did not work but ran out of space. They were unsatisfactory in everything job. The final bill was expensive, and I still don't have the new kitchen handle installed. It now goes back on my to-do list.
