I have dealt with more than 6 different plumbers in the last decade while owning a 100 year old home. I am so grateful that I now have a reliable plumber to call under any and all circumstances. Today Ricardo and his team replaced ancient cast iron pipes under our house. He was thorough, efficient, reliable, prompt & there was an obvious attention to detail. He made sure that I understood everything and gave me options to consider. I asked a lot of questions and he never made me feel rushed or stupid. Honestly, I would be so proud if my own child grew up to master a trade and run a business as well as Ricardo does! He is also friendly and caring. He made small talk in a genuine way with my kids and patiently explained the entire camera/piping situation to my son. He even guided my kids for putting their handprints in the fresh concrete they poured. I don't wish plumbing problems on anyone, but if you need a plumber - look no further! Amazing service. Highly recommend. Needed assistance with a difficult kitchen sink faucet removal and then installation of new faucet. I called on a Friday afternoon and Ricardo came out the very next morning -- Saturday morning! Ricardo was on time, had great communication, and provided excellent service. Seriously, it is so refreshing to find a company that is responsive, communicates well, makes reaonable recommendations and performs solid service. 5 stars -- and now my ""go to"" for any future plumbing issues.

We had put off a leaky kitchen pipe for a while and we finally decided to have it fixed. Finding a new plumber can be a bit stressful, but picking Rugged Plumbing turned out to be a great choice. I called Rugged to schedule an appointment and they scheduled an appointment at 1:00 pm the very next day. They called to let me know they were running a bit late and would be there around 4:30. Not a problem. Ricardo showed up and was able to determine what part of the sink needed to be replaced. He provided a very fair quote and then went out to purchase the exact part that he would need to fix the sink. He installed the new pipe, cleaned up and did a fantastic job. He was very professional, polite and respectful. And he was a champ with my dog, who just wanted to play with him the entire time. I'm more than pleased that I now have a trusted plumber that I can call on without any anxiety or apprehension. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know of who needs a trusted, reliable plumber.

My plumbing issue happened on Thanksgiving day. Of all days! I've already tried to do it myself for a few hours but was told it was the main pipe line. Of all the places I've messaged that morning, Ricardo gave the best price. I knew it would be a bit expensive since it was on a holiday but he suggested I wait the next day since it'll be way cheaper, so that's what I did. He even accommodated around my work schedule! I had to be at work at 9am Friday, he came right on time at 6am, finished in about 1 - 1 1/2hrs time. Even made it to work on time! He was very professional and gave me a run down on what happened and showed me the video/camera that he used to see the pipe lines.

He mentioned we should excavate outside so we don't have to take out the toilet every time it clogs and gave me a pricing for that. He doesn't try to push you to get anything fixed if it isn't necessary. He even did a follow a few days later. Would definitely recommend his service!

I have used Rick for multiple plumbing issues throughout the years. He is very reliable and trustworthy! A few months ago I needed to have my pipes changed because of built up corrosion that was restricting pressure and so he came with his team and had it done in a day!

We went back and forth for weeks until I was ready to get the job done, he kept me updated with photos and they cleaned up after all the work was done.

From garbage disposal, all my sink faucets changed, two toilets removed. He has done it all in my household and I appreciate him and his team so much!

I contact him directly to his phone via text but if there is a way to support my local plumber, I will! HE IS GREAT!

Had such bad luck with previous Plummer's doing a lousy job and over charging me I really had no ideas what I was going to do with a water leak I had that was costing me a lot of money on wasted water! I got Reffered to Rugged Plumbing by a family friend and i couldn't have been happier! I waited a few weeks to post this because you know my past history I didn't know if the leak would creep up like previous times with work done from a different plumbing company, but guess what! no leak it's officially gone and I'm definitely recommending them.
