Rudy's plumbing to the rescue! They worked with us to get bathroom plumbing installed on very short notice. Curtis is very knowledgeable, great with communication, and worked us in to get our house on the market on time. Thanks so much! I will definitely refer them to all of my friends.

Beware! The building boom again is bringing in many unskilled, unprofessional tradesmen that are charging a premium due to scarcity of contractors. My experience with the plumber assigned to my project was as bad as I can remember. He ""repeatedly"" had to bring out another plumber because he ""was too busy"" but stood and watched him do the work. It became apparent he was inexperienced and just didn't know how to do the work. On three different days, dispatch had him scheduled for the whole day (trying to get this job done) only for him to show up and in an hour he had to leave for an emergency repair and would be back in an hour. Each time he didn't come back. The city would not approve any of the work. I ended up hiring a new plumber and paid all over again to have them rip out the previous work to re-do it.
I had called into dispatch asking for a more senior tech to come help. Was told to leave a message for the owner which I did.... several times. Three weeks and $$ later after I had passed the permit inspection with a NEW plumber, I got an email from Rudy's owner saying,...""yeah we should probably have someone swing by and check out your problem...."" no one ever came.

Awful service, really disappointed. Ryan said he would identify and order the part for my broken tub temperature regulator. Two days after his visit he updated me once saying the part would arrive in two days. He stopped answering phone calls and texts after that. I called Rudy's twice to check in, to see if Ryan's health was at issue, to get someone at the company to care about my service. Both times the company phone went to voicemail. I left my name and number twice and did not receive call backs. End of story, leaking tub faucet for 13 days, totally unsatisfactory business practices. I highly recommend against engaging this company for your plumbing needs.

UPDATE: since the review the office called and apologized and sent a senior plumber over who fixed the issue within a week. I think the first one was a new guy and there was not clear communication from the office staff. Moving the reading to a 4 star since they did resolve this well.
I've had a plumber come out tell me there is a part that needs to get ordered in. They scheduled a time to come back and do the work and I waited 3 hours with no one coming. After calling the office they scheduled a different day. I once again took time off work to be here to wait for the plumber. No one showed again. I called the office and they said they can't come because the part still hasn't come. It's been 3 Weeks now.
There is no communication to me on what is going on, and I've lost all faith that they're actually going to repair the broken shower. There is no initiative from them on telling me when they have the part, on rescheduling if they can't come out. I can't say I'd recommend their service.

We contacted Rudy's Plumbing at the suggestion of our regular plumber who is no longer available due to a change in his personal situation. As a result of our long-term relationship with our trusted plumber, we went with his recommendation, assuming that Rudy's would be similarly reliable, competent and honest. Big mistake!
When Rudy's didn't show up for their first scheduled appointment I called the office and the assistant apologized, telling me that she was new at the job and had made a scheduling mistake. She offered to get someone out to our home later that day and we agreed. Ryan did eventually show up, confirmed our diagnosis of the problem and said he didn't have the part but would send us an estimate. We also wanted a bid for the installation of a whole house water purification system and 14 stage biocompatible reverse osmosis system at our kitchen sink. He gave us a rough idea of what he thought everything would cost to install and said he would send us that bid as well. Fair enough. He seemed like a nice guy and even gave us his cell phone number in case we needed to contact him directly.
I left Ryan a voice message a few weeks ago letting him know that our water system had been ordered along with its expected delivery date. I then called the office, reminded them that we were still awaiting a written estimate, and asked them to please put us on the schedule. Despite receiving a written confirmation of my appointment date/time (scheduled for one week out) and bid request, the estimate never arrived and neither did Ryan at the appointed time. So I contacted him directly on his cell phone and he said he didn't receive my voice message or my email, nor were we on his schedule, but he would try to work our job in. He showed up a few hours later to let us know that he was unable to accommodate us as previously agreed. Then he offered us a poorly detailed written estimate. The red flag for us though was when my husband noticed that they wanted to charge us $299 for a part that costs ~$100 maximum. My husband brought this to his attention and he [sheepishly] said something along the lines of ""that's what's in the book."" He then added that he would be happy to install the part if we wanted to purchase it on our own. So my husband asked him for the part number because the PRV's are mounted in different ways and he wanted to order the right one. Ryan agreed to give it to him but that's as far as it went. My follow up text requesting the part number remains unanswered. So, not only did they inconvenience us repeatedly, but they also greatly inflated the cost of materials.
It took a great deal of effort to prepare for the work that needed to be done. Showers were taken early, closets and cupboards were emptied, their contents disturbing other areas of our home, tarps were spread on the floors, containers were pre-filled with water assuming that it would be shut off for several hours, etc., etc. And, while I was initially pretty upset at the fact that they blew us off again, I can look back now and be grateful that things worked out as they had. If it was that difficult to get them to do the actual work, then I have no confidence in their responsiveness if, heaven forbid, we have a problem with it down the road.
Needless to say we did not hire them and made sure to let our trusted plumber know the details of our experience. Like us, he was more than a little disappointed.

I had Ryan from Rudy's plumbing come out to repair a hose bibb done improperly by the company that has ads on tv with the first initial of B.
Ryan showed up on time, was professional and repaired the problems that B had not done. I had contacted B a few times with no response.
Will use Rudy's again.

After a bad experience last time with a different plumbing company, Pinky Plumbing, looking at you: This was a breath of fresh air. Super professional folks - Ryan and Curtis were amazing, they diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, scheduled it really quickly and had it replaced. Would not hesitate to ever use them if any plumbing needs came along in the future. Highly recommend.

I hired Rudy's plumbing to repair a leaking bathtub faucet and sink faucet. The bathtub faucet repair went great. I did however take quite a while to get the part which I agreed to pay for expedited shipping on but, that did not happen. I very much enjoyed the technician that was sent out. He was very pleasant and respectful and did a good job on the tub, however, while investigating the leak for the sink his investigations created a completely new problem whereby the faucet knob began leaking water all over the counter and under the cabinet. I called Rudy's to get someone to come out and fix the situation and can't get them to return my call! I'll update this review if anything turns around. But, at the moment I can't say that I recommend this company at all!

Not the greatest experience for me. I had them out to look at a leaking fitting. I sent them close photos of the actual part which had failed and told them they'd need a pump to get rid of the existing water.
They showed up with no working pump and no part. They used my shop vac and spent a good deal of time attempting to assemble their pump. I never saw them actually get it working. They guy who came didn't know the part that was leaking and didn't have it with him. He spent an hour and a half and was only able to tighten it (a slow outside leak is now slower) and promise to come back later. They did at least get the leak slowed but weren't well prepared.

I hired Rudy's to replace the plumbing in my house. The job was supposed to take 2 days and it ended up taking a month with the help of other contractors i had to hire complete the unfinished work. With that said, the team that was on-site was extremely courteous and friendly, but suffered from poor direction and lack of communication from the ownership. I wish the on-site guys the best and hope they find a happier environment to work in.
