I called to schedule an estimate, no problem. Keith came out on time, super nice guy & I enjoyed chatting with him regarding my project & owning a business in Tahoe. We both laughed & agreed how difficult it is to find people who are on time, did a good job & followed through with their word in Tahoe. He said they'd get back to me with a quote in a couple weeks; I called 2 months later to follow up, the lady at the front desk gave me some excuse that they are a small business and they were struggling to keep up. (I mentioned I own a small business & didn't think that was a good excuse) She promised he would get it to me within a week with some numbers, that was 2 months ago & I haven't heard back. I'm very disappointed, I was looking forward to giving them my business & suggesting their company to my clients but obviously they are not interested in keeping their word.

Wow......Keith C. responded 6 months later.....he must be losing business. Well Keith sorry you don't like the truth but your people kept us waiting and we are under City regulations to get heating repaired quickly. Also running a credit card in advance violates many contractor regulations, maybe I need to go there next so that you leave South Lake as fast as you got here.

Called to get information regarding pricing for a new bathroom. The female on the telephone instead of listening to my questions, proceeded to schedule an appointment, When I attempted to correct her, she hung up on me. Guess they must have so much business they don't need ours.

My landlord called Rudy's to clean my gas furnace and do some plumbing fixes to my shower. Though it took a week to get an appointment, they were fantastic and it was well worth the wait. They even came out for a second time on a Sunday to fix a water pressure issue. Absolutely fantastic service and I'm very pleased.

One star is giving them more credit than deserved. Keith showed up for a review and quote on a new furnice, and adding gas lines in the house. Not a small job... he called me and let me know what he thought. I asked him to get me figures and I waited... a week goes by and so I call and mention I am waiting for a quote but would also like a quote on a Regency fireplace I found and they happen to be an authorized dealer. She mentions they will relay the info and have their person call me with the quotes. It has now been a month. I am taking my 3k+ fireplace, 2k+ tank less water heater w/install, 3k+ furnice w/install and gas line install to a better company!

We called Rudys early one morning and their repairman was out at our house within half an hour. Fixed the water heater in a few minutes, and we were able to enjoy the day. Such a treat to have a business be this responsive. Highly recommended.
