I have been a long time user of Rudy's plumbing. In the spring of this year I called them about a broken pipe. They said that they did not have anyone to come out and fix it. The previous year, (2017), I called then to come out and repair a broken pipe, They sent Tracy out. He repaired the pipe. I paid him $149.99. After he left I could still hear water running under the cabin. I called him right away, but he would not come back. He said to call the office. OK, I called and they came the next day and I had to pay another $149.00. He should have check thoroughly for leak and fixed them both at the same time.
They used to be good. I will never use them again. I have also heard other people say this in our tract. They seem to have a habit of charging more than once for the same thing. They are busy now because of the economy. One day the economy will not be so good and perhaps they will not be so arrogant. 9/8/2018

We were lucky enough to get same-day service and Anthony did a great job fixing the leak in our shower. Another plumber in the area had fixed it a few months back, but it wasn't really fixed. Very pleased. Highly recommend Rudy's Plumbing. Very nice office stuff.

Rudy's Plumbing & Heating did a great job fixing a wiring issue with very little notice. We called 3 other companies who were all either too busy for a ""small job"" or didn't even answer the phone. The price was fair and they got the job done quickly. We will definitely use Rudy's Plumbing & Heating for our future needs.

I love these guys. I wanted a cool-looking, powerful gas stove for my Tahoe place. Linda walked me through the showroom and patiently answered all my questions (at least twice) without flinching. I didn't want the basic black look and they offer a choice of 36 colors they use for custom paint jobs. Keith came out to assess the space and advise on how big a unit I needed. I knew I was going to hire this company when I met Keith. He's smart, thorough, and a good communicator. Suzy, with her warm personality, proactively handled all the set-up and arrangements. Joe and Jason handled the install and were super polite and professional. These guys really made me feel like they weren't just there to do a job, they were there to make me happy. My new stove looks and works better than I hoped for. This company is straightforward, on-time, reliable, and no BS. And I appreciate that.

Definitely will say they were more professional with awesome customer service 10 years back then they are now.. should be able to handle customer complaints better. Ending a long standing relationship should be the last resort.. oh well!

I'm sitting here in my freezing house, no one can come until after that first. This is a unit they installed and is my only heat source. Now, I don't know what I'm more pissed about, the piece of junk they installed, or Suzie's attitude as she's telling me there's nothing they can do for me. She doesn't care about her return customers, just that first 5 grand plus that you hand over to them. Good thing they aren't the only game in town.

My wife and I take care of a big rental home for a friend. Rudy's converted a wood fireplace in it to a gas (fake log) fireplace with glass doors to prevent renters from doing something dumb or making a mess. We followed their suggestion of a 4-button timer on the wall--30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes, and off. The work was very nicely done and the timer has confused no one (with a short note to point it out on the mantel). The owners and us are very pleased.

Needless to say, this house also has plumbing and heating problems on occasion. I have found Rudy's has done their best to accommodate schedules which are largely determined by when the house is unoccupied. That has been a major plus.

All in all, no complaints and very happy with the quality of results and the pleasant people I have dealt with.

We needed some work done regarding shortening an overflow water heater pipe as well as for our heater. Terry came out from Rudy's and did a great and fast job! We were then able to call our handyman to finish our garage project. We will definitely call Rudy's if we ever need assistance again!

I have used Rudy's now on multiple jobs from a broken supply line, new gas stove and a complete duct replacement. They have always been great at scheduling the job as well as completing the job on time. Cory and Brian have usually done the work and their awesome. Would highly recommend Rudys.
