Rudy's Plumbing should be your first call if you live anywhere in the San Gabriel Valley. VERY fast to arrive after our plumbing emergency. Very courteous, professional, friendly and efficient. Victor did a wonderful job explaining the different steps as he sought to analyze and assess our stoppage. He was very clean and respectful of our space, putting down tarps and he had all of the parts we needed for this job on his truck. Within an hour, we were back in business, completely satisfied.

I can tell you that Rico is good. Their plumbing job is very professional and I like that it is all family. I used them for business purposes.

They definitely do a good job and follow the instructions well, they ask whatever questions they need in order to get the job done.

The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is that the last two days (we had them for 4 days total) that we had work scheduled the workers were late. The first day about half and hour and the second day over an hour late.

Best plumbers ever!!! Rudy's never disappoints. They always answer the phone or call you back within minutes. When I've called them with an emergency, they come out very quickly. When I call with a problem, an appt is made and one of the plumbers are at my house on time and always leave with the problem fixed and everything cleaned up. There's never a trace they were even there. I have recommended them to family and friends and they have always come through...making me look great. I highly recommend Rudy's Plumbing for ANY plumbing related issue.

You know, there are not many plumbers who answer a panicked email at 8 o'clock at night about a possible gas leak to a major appliance, but Rico does. In fact, we emailed back and forth several times, I sent him photos, etc, to get his help in ascertaining if I had an emergency, or just something that could wait until a daytime appointment. I HAVE NO DOUBT he would have come out this evening if he felt it was needed.

There are plumbers and then there are master craftsmen who not only care about what they do, but the customers they do it for. Rico and his team are in the latter category. We should all take a lesson from that.

So I have to give a great review to Rudy's. Wow are they life savers. I had a small fix that needed to be done on the connector from my clothes washer to the valve on the wall which had gone bad. I got really stressed and it was about a quarter to 5 pm when I called today. The water in the house couldn't be turned back on until the problem got fixed and I was really letting the anxiety of it get the better of me.
Rico Jr. and another younger gentleman came right out and took care of the whole thing in about 10 minutes. They are pros to be sure. Let me say this again and clearly - these guys KNOW what they are doing. They were friendly, fast, and I'd call them again in a heartbeat. Their prices are more than reasonable and I can't say enough about them. They will definitely be my go to guys if I ever have a plumbing prob in the future. Rudy's Plumbing thank you so very much for being there when I needed you most.
