I chose to work with Rudy because he was very responsive and easy to discuss my issue with. His pricing was also VERY good. I had an issue with my shower wall tile having cracks in the grout and the caulk getting water damage due to poor installation from a prior installer. Rudy responded quickly and was able to provide me with a quote based on my description and pictures. He came on the same day to inspect the project and go over what needed to be done with me. He was available the next day and came over to get the job done. He regrouted the walls where there was damage. He removed the old caulk and recaulked it with silicone along with caulking areas where there was a change of plane. After he was done, he helped clean up everything and vacuumed up the old caulk. His caulk lines were very clean and straight. Would 100% work with him again.
