Melody S.Zero star, Rudy took his family over to install a lock , the bolt didn't get in properly, his wife installed it and the code doesn't work and he wasn't available to fix it within two days, I had to buy tool and fixed it myself as I have a guest checking in. I asked for refund and he refused to.
DO NOT hire Rudy, he and his wife are not handy shouldn't be doing handyman job...
