Wow!!! Had a leak behind toilet & thought it was supply faucet. Adam & Jayce arrived, put on shoe protectors without being asked, came in & fixed problem in 10 minutes. Loose connection at tank where water enters from faucet. I thought it was faucet itself but Adam's close & professional troubleshooting found it immediately. They were here 11 minutes & problem was fixed after they flushed toilet twice to make sure. Best part...$0.00 charge!!! I was floored to say the least. The HVAC technician left my attic open on my second floor, which I don't use in my house. I could not have found that it was left open for a long time. Fortunately, after a half an hour or so with my house continui to get hotter, I went up and checked and closed it myself. Flushed my drain pipe and charged an expensive amount for not completing the job or checking the work was complete.

After getting multiple quotes, Rudd had the best cost with incredible service. They completed the job in two days. I love knowing my new units and labor are under warranty in case anything were to happen in the future.

I'm updating my review based on owner's comments below. I hired Rudd plumbing to replace two toilet interior kits and to check on a possible leak. They sent out a junior technician, who cut a hole in my garage ceiling plaster and declared it dry. He told me he replaced kits and fixed toilets. I thought all was fine, hence my positive first review. My request for the technician was to check on the leak and fix the toilets. A couple months later the toilets they supposedly fixed started running. I called Rudd, I asked about the toilets not working and what it would cost, i asked if there was a warranty on the repair to the toilets, as it was only a few months since repair. They said they would send out someone to fix the toilets at no charge. They let me know there was a problem with the first technician. He was fired, and they were not surprised there was a problem and happy to fix it. Two weeks later an appointment with another technician, he was told the toilets were running and the replacement kits were faulty. He takes a look and says he needs to order new flaps. Previous tech replaced kits but left the old flaps. (I looked, it was in disgusting shape) He said he would order new and have in a couple days. The owner now claims the toilet repair did not include flaps. I asked him to repair the toilets. Why would someone install a kit with faulty flaps and not mention it? Im not a plumber, i didn't inspect the toilets- they worked, and were not working before. The technician did not have a flap in his truck and said he needed to order ( $12.00 part) - i had family coming in town and needed toilets working. A week later, no call. I email and I'm told they will get back to me in a couple days. No response. 4 days later. I email again saying i could order the flaps myself and have them by now. I did not know there were plumbing emergencies in my area, as they did not respond. I ended up ordering the flaps on Amazon and replacing the flaps myself. I did not want to be doing this myself! If I wanted the toilets fixed in time, i had no other choice as Rudd ghosted me. There is no excuse for the lack of communication. I had the same plumber for years in my old house, and he looked after me, always communicated, told me what to watch for if a problem arose. Fixed issues promptly at a fair price. I do not recommend. I appreciate the initial timely response from the first technician, but he did a sub-par job with a temporary fix. And I did pay for him to fix toilets. I would have given a high second review, if they fixed it on second visit, since they were honest about the problem with first tech. But they dropped the ball. I get it. The repair was free, so i was put on back burner. Since they installed only partial kits and stopped communicating, they lost my trust and my future business.
