Great experience with this Team! We found via Yelp RAQ. We had water appearing on the ceiling and were not clear on the root cause or what was needed to fix. The Team came and were able to diagnosis the problem, provide a cost estimate, and fix the problem all in one day. Their work is guaranteed for a year as well which made us feel more comfortable booking them on the spot.

On demand water heater, 17 y.o., failed on a Saturday morning. Came out that afternoon, recommended a replace, provided a reasonable quote and very professionally installed on Sunday morning. Highly recommended.

The HVAC technician left my attic open on my second floor, which I don't use in my house. I could not have found that it was left open for a long time. Fortunately, after a half an hour or so with my house continui to get hotter, I went up and checked and closed it myself. Flushed my drain pipe and charged an expensive amount for not completing the job or checking the work was complete.

During what has been called the hottest summer on record the HVAC unit for our downstairs decided to expire. We contacted several vendors. Wow!!! Had a leak behind toilet & thought it was supply faucet. Adam & Jayce arrived, put on shoe protectors without being asked, came in & fixed problem in 10 minutes. Loose connection at tank where water enters from faucet. I thought it was faucet itself but Adam's close & professional troubleshooting found it immediately. They were here 11 minutes & problem was fixed after they flushed toilet twice to make sure. Best part...$0.00 charge!!! I was floored to say the least. I'll definitely be recommending Rudd to anyone with plumbing issues. Thank you for a great experience.

My hot water heater stopped working over a weekend. They had a technician out within two hours on a Sunday. Jeremy was so kind and explained everything thoroughly. He went through all of my options and I never felt pressured or like he was trying to """"make a sale."""" Ultimately I opted for a new water heater install, and Jeremy and Jayce completed it quickly and efficiently. I paid exactly what they quoted me. Would highly recommend!

20 year old system went out so wanted a whole new system along with all the 35 year old duct work replaced. Called around and got numerous quotes and this company was among the lowest but really seemed to want the business. Had everything """"in stock"""" and a quick schedule date for install. They were here promptly at 0830 and,to my surprise, they had the entire job done and cleaned up by 1630. New system came with a great warranty and service plan and is functioning as promised. Would highly recommend this company to all my friends and family.
