Drain was partially clogged when I called Todd Rucker to come unclog it. When Todd left it was 100% clogged and he said we would have to replace the entire sewer line. Todd told me at the beginning that it was a good thing I called him because he only charges $359 and he will be here until it was unclogged and that others charge over $1200 for the same service. In the end he did not keep his word and he left before the clog was handled and instead of charging me $359 he charged me $409 to fully clog my sewer line up. My wife and I spent a horrific time with a flooded basement, not being able to use the toilet, shower or use the water at all until I got another service to come. The new guy had the sewer completely unclogged within an hour and charged me much less than Todd. If you value your sanity I do not recommend using Todd Rucker.

Would not recommend ruckers plumbing left a mess inside and under the house, prices were not fair, best part was when I asked him about a possible leak he just ignored it and claimed it was ground water, it was not just ground water it was a main water leak
