Had a water heater go bad, reached out via yelp. They contacted me pretty quickly and after a few messages answering my questions were at my house that next morning as promised. Went over options and a few hours later had a new upgraded water heater installed with updates along the way on their progress with great transparent customer service. Definitely recommend.

Stay away from Rubios Plumbing! They are unprofessional! They are unreliable and disrespectful of your valuable time. I called their number and got booked for a consultation Monday morning with a service block time from 11am- 1pm. Everything seemed ok until Monday comes during my appointment service time (between 11am-1pm, mind you I took time off work for the visit) but time passes and nobody calls/shows up. It's now ~12:45pm; am I suppose to waste my entire day waiting around to ""wait and see"" if they can make it!? Finally, I texted and called them to see if they are in fact coming in but no response. Totally ghosted. The way Rubio's Plumbing waste people's time! Customer's time is very valuable. We have to re-arrange our schedules to accommodate and when you waste our time (time that should be spent with loved ones, family/friends, errands that were placed on hold or even taking time off work losing money) that really loses your customers.

Just moved to Whittier and needed some plumbing issues taken care of. Robert came to look at our issues and quickly fixed things at a very fair price. We have a few other things to repair and will certainly be calling Robert again. Sometimes it can be difficult to find a trustworthy plumber Rubio's plumbing earned our trust and confidence in their work.

Robert and his men did and amazing job with so many replacements and repairs in our home! From inspection during escrow, to replacing all the water pipes (inside and main), gas lines (inside and main), installing a clean out, and replacing the old water heater to a tankless one!

Fernando and Alex were super helpful during the inspection. They couldn't go through the small sewer line, so they had to snake the sewer scope from the roof. They were super thorough and sent a video of the scope afterwards.

Robert's pricing was very reasonable for the amount of work they did for our home. He's very easy to reach and communicates the process so well. Would highly recommend his services and will be using him in the future for when we're ready to remodel our bathroom!

Looking for an honest professional plumber! Mr. Rubio's professional experience came to light when we were, In need of drain line replacement after a sink clog left us with a bill of $1400 from a yellow page company competitor.. Original price to clear a drain was going to be $89.00 with senior discount, that grew from there. To repair 6 feet of old cast line and connect to our existing drain lines. Was quoted to replace the old sewer lines was going to cost $13,000. It was recommended to replace 70 year old cast plumbing in order to not have any more drainage problems. Contacted a few plumbers who came out to over sell a job with high pressure tactics and provide estimates. Before contacting, Mr. Rubio who came out in less than 30 minutes, walked us through the process after doing a thorough inspection using his snake camera and evaluating the plumbing connections had provided us a few options to get the job done correctly. We scheduled to get the work done his crew came out and did an excellent job providing pictures of what the job involved and ensuring that the job was done correctly. Mr Rubio showed up when promised and his crew did a fantastic job on, clean up and disposal of all the removal of pipes removed from under the house. I recommend Mr. Rubio is an honest professional hard working person, at times he helped out his crew by doing the work himself in lending a helping hand as any professional person would do to ensure the job is done properly. It clearly was shown Mr. Rubio was very professional getting the job done on time as promised.

Had a leaking gas pipe , called them Robert came out looked at what needed to be done, the gas line from the meter to the house needed to be replaced, gave me a quote and was completed the next day.I will definitely be calling him back for a future Plumbing project.

Another plumber Overcharged for parts. We found the part installed for the charge of $500 part yet through a property owner's business account for $89.00. My apartment manager showed us his price. My mom will have $500 less next month for food to pay $1k in a plumbing service bill.
