He was fantastic, very professional & thorough, taking his time to make sure it was completely level. Stayed until I had successfully run a load & even helped me navigate my new & very different control panel. Would not hesitate to hire him for all plumbing needs.

I must say that I truly appreciate this man's quick response to a serious leak I discovered. Most Plumbers are sooo busy but Ruben fit me in the same day as we happen to both live close. He fixed it no problem. His price was very fair! Thanks man!

We were fortunate enough to have gotten a recommendation to use Ruben for a clogged sewer line. Not many plumbing companies/businesses have the equipment needed to snake a sewer line that's any longer than 50 feet. Most consumers have to use big business names to get that type of job done. We had called out two other plumbers prior to Ruben who were both unsuccessful at unclogging our line, shrugging their shoulders and saying they couldn't help our issues at hand. Of course it was the weekend and we were desperate to find someone that was honest and also knew their job. I called Ruben and he was out the same day (yes, the weekend)! He evaluated the problem and told us our options. He gave us a bid on each proposed job and didn't change the cost of the job as it progressed. Even though it was a very stressful time, Ruben was very patient answering all our questions and very willing to answer/clarify information that we might have missed. He gave us his personal cell phone number and said we could call any time we had questions. He never asked for any type of payment until the job was complete. I'm so relieved I know who to call if any plumbing issues occur in our household. That in itself is a relief and a reassurance. If anyone needs a honest, trustworthy and reliable plumber Ruben is your guy.

Ruben is punctual, friendly, and does fantastic work. He's extremely knowledgeable in his craft and very thorough. I've had him out several times with what to me seemed like very difficult jobs, but he had no problem fixing every single one of them with a smile and sense of calm. Ruben helped us out on a Sunday night with a blocked drainage system. He showed up within 39 minutes. Was pleasant and fixed the problem quickly. He also charged a fair rate. Highly recommended for his exemplary professionalism

Ruben showed up very promptly for an emergency plumbing clog. He was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough in his approach. He definitely knows his stuff and I will use him again in the future. Can't recommend highly enough!

I would strongly recommend Ruben for any kind of plumbing. We first had a chance to work with Ruben about a year ago, while we were living in Walnut Creek. It was around 10PM, when I came home late and saw the water pouring out of the main supply line. Ruben responded immediately and fixed the issue after working up until midnight. I was expecting to get charged some kind of crazy fees, but Ruben charged us surprisingly fair amount.
We then bought a house in Lafayette. We soon discovered a problem with sewer line. Ruben was able to locate the problems, which was a massive blockade of the sewer line by a tree root. He had to use video equipment of finding the exact location and replacing that section.
We then asked Ruben to replace the toilet and the vanity, which he again did very professionally and charged as very fairly.
I would not hesitate to call Ruben for any kind of plumbing work.
