I had an issue with the outflow of water from a Samsung 2-in-1 Washing Machine overflowing out of the pipes, and walked me through a solution for the overflow. After it worked, we started to see another sink in the house with water damage in the cabinet. Not being a plumber, I of course thought it was related to the previous solution. However, in one visit, he identified the true issue with another pipe which wasn't properly setup, then proved it was correct by leaving a bucket there for a few days. Sure enough the area dried up. After he validated the problem area, he switched out the pipes feeding water the sink, and it is now a week since and the cabinet has not had any issues.

I strongly recommend that you don't waste your time with any other plumber, and that you call ahead to try and get a spot on his list. He's super busy for a reason (He's that good!)

I needed a plumber this week due to a foul smell in my guest bathroom. I had already searched google for DIY home remedies, and the smell was still lingering.
