I typically try to take care of things on my own, but I couldn't figure this one out. I was losing pressure with the hot water. Aaron Trapp with Rub-A-Dub came out and was able to trouble shoot to figure out the issue in less than an hour. Thankfully it was a simple fix and we are able to shower normally again. Rub-a-dub is up front with the pricing, so it makes it easy and you know what you are getting into.

They are good plumbers. Fast and professional. But they are extremely expensive and bill by the piece and not time and materials. They did a job for me that after they kept adding up all the small stuff it was double what I expected based on other similar jobs by others. I started with a stopped up toilet. They ended up charging for removing the toilet, resetting it, snaking a small line, replacing wall valve, plus service call. That was about $600.

One star gives them too much credit! Mike came to our house 2 times and could not figure out why my shower would not get hot. After spending over $1000 he then told me he was going to have to run a line through the attic (this is after he made a HUGE mess in my closet and cut through my wall, he never patched it)! ! He wanted another $1400 to go through the attic!!!!! I told him I was getting a second opinion. SUPER PLUMBERS came out and within 30 seconds fixed the shower. It had a scald guard on it. This company will lie, cheat and steal your money!!!!!!!!!! Shame on companies like this!!! NEVER EVER USE THEM!!!

The office manager has decided to email me and insult me! "Have you ever made a mistake? Ever missed anything? Did you do it on purpose? "
Never have the said he needs more training. Their tactic is to insult the customers. It clearly shows the education level. What happened to accountability? When and office manager says, "You don't work for free do you? " to me as the customer it clearly shows their push for HIGH PRICE sales. Shame on them.

Over the weekend, we noticed a little back up in our plumbing. After attempting to remedy the problem ourselves with a snake and a bladder, we realized that that would only provide a short term fix and decided to give Rub A Dub a call because of our past positive experience. We requested to work with Aaron Trapp again and scheduled the appointment. He came to the house, as scheduled, ran a diagnostic and provided a comprehensive explanation of our current situation, the best course of action, and a quote for the work, as well as what to expect when the work is done. My husband and I will schedule the work Aaron recommended because we trust him and his professional opinion.

I had gone through another company to set up my mobile home on a property with hookups. They were unable to hook up my septic because they ran into a problem so I called rub a dub and they were able to get it done within a week. The price was fair and the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Because of that we decided to use them for our regular septic check ups. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needed anything plumbing-related done. I really appreciate the care they put into their business and their customers.

The plumber could not locate a water leak in service line to house. He sold a new water line to my wife for $3500.00, which she did not need. They dug up my yard with a track hoe machine and it is 450' from the house to the water meter. They dug holes at the side of my house and left it as that. So my yard has been destroyed and they made no attempt the to fix my yard. Maybe it's a good thing ????

Such great customer service from the office and great plumbers! They answered immediately when I called and were able to send someone out that same day. I loved that they sent a bio of the plumber so you know who is coming into your home. Wayne was awesome. Nice to have good plumbers in the area!!

Called them because dishwasher wouldn't drain. In essence, the guy didn't know how to fix it. Since he was there, i asked if he could look at the toilet in the master bathroom. He came back 3 minutes later with the old flapper valve, which he had replaced without even asking me. Then, he charged for replacing the flapper valve as if it was a new call. I was charged $130 for the failed attempt to fix the dishwasher problem, $75 for the service call, and another $75 for the flapper valve.
They have a pricing book that is flat out gouging. Use someone else.

They communicated well, but their prices are ridiculous. I had a simple sewer clog that took five minutes to clear and charged me 356.00 dollars. Most plumbers charge 125-175 max for this.
