I called and scheduled a same-day weekend repair due to hot air blowing. Ryan was able to arrive quickly and walked me through each step of the testing that he performed. Via a very thorough check, Ryan determined that the electrical wiring had over time rubbed on the copper piping enough to remove the insulation (came from the manufacturer like that), causing a short, which then dumped all of the refrigerant from the system. Ryan was able to then get what was needed to repair the pipe and recharge the system, and he rerouted the wires to prevent future issues. Price was very fair for the work and I appreciate the timeliness, thoroughness, and honesty displayed.
