Ruach Home Services just completed a bathroom-closet remodel project for me. From the very start, Ruach has been wonderful to work with through the various stages of this construction process. Notably, from the speedy and detailed estimating phase through trouble-shooting random challenges uncovered from our previous lazy, amatuer builders. There has been efficient coordination of a variety of team members, all who display a diligent work ethic and specific skill sets, with high-quality craftmanship, attention to detail, clean and organized work spaces, and daily reliability. Mr. Harvey and his team were accommodating in adding on extra tasks that cropped up at an affordable price. They always left the project area clean and organized and were respectful when working in the common areas. Mr. Harvey was always available to answer questions along the way and was super speedy in researching possible solutions to unforeseen challenges that came about. I would highly recommend their services and am already saving up for their next project to improve my home.

We used Jed and team for our renovations of a new Condo my daughter purchased in Columbia. It needed a lot of work and we needed a reliable, trusted partner to complete all the work in our timeframe. Jed and team came through and the place is transformed. We are very happy with both his professionalism, work completed and the constant communication he provided.

Since I came in from out of town and didn't have a car, Jed even went out of his way to pick me up to take me to pick out the tile and vinyl planks etc. They redid the ceilings from cement Popcorn to smooth, normal looking ceilings, installed vinyl plank flooring, tiled the bathroom and other miscellaneous things.

We are very happy with his work and his professionalism. He did everything he said he would in the timeframe he quoted and gave us the confidence we need to ease our mind the renovations would be done correctly and on time!

Ruach Home Services, and its owner, Tony Harvey, did an outstanding job remediating a long-neglected black mold problem in my basement and entry hall. I first hired him to take care of mold that had grown on the vaulted ceiling in my hallway. He and his very professional staff removed the drywall from the ceiling and other affected areas, treated the mold, then replaced the drywall and repainted disturbed areas. I could not tell there had ever been a problem. Although Tony counseled that I should have my basement checked for mold, I delayed. Later, after another basement flood, with the basement mold spreading, I called him again for help. He came immediately, drained the water, and assessed the mold situation, which was extreme. He and his staff took care of getting a dumpster, removing furniture and other stuff from my basement, and waiting for me to decide what to save and what to trash. In the end, he had to remove all of the drywall from the basement. When he saw what was behind the drywall, he advised me that I should consult a foundation and waterproofing expert due to unusual features of my foundation. Bottom line: I feel very lucky to have had Tony and Ruach tackle my problem. They are responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and fair. Big plus: Tony is a licensed contractor, and experienced in many construction fields (important to me), and all of his workers are extremely pleasant to work with.

I didn't know what to expect or what I wanted when I started my bathroom project. I was wary of working with contractors due to bad experiences in the past, but Jed (Tony) and his team exceeded my expectations at every step. They took a small dingy bathroom and turned it into a peaceful oasis. Jed guided me through the process and made sure everything was to my satisfaction at the end. I was even able to work from home around his team during the project with minimal interference. I highly recommend Jed and his team, they are highly skilled and do amazing work.

I can't say enough good things about working with Tony. This was not an easy project, we had mold damage on the floor, wall and cabinets so everything needed to be ripped out, cleaned and replaced but Tony assured us we would have our kitchen back and he did an amazing job. He was very flexible and worked around our busy schedule, if we had questions he answered, any issues he came as soon as possible to check things out. The kitchen came out even better than we had hoped for! We can't thank Tony enough! We will definitely be going through Tony for any and all future projects!

I found Tony and Ruach Home Services on Yelp. Tony was very friendly to me and he made me feel at ease that he removed the drywall ceiling because of mold. He also removed the exhaust fan. After that, he added new drywall and installed a new exhaust fan. He finally painted on the wall. Tony did a fabulous job.
