In 1993, Bobby embarked on his entrepreneurial journey following 11 years in the plumbing and heating sector. Thanks to his unwavering work ethic and outstanding reputation, the business grew rapidly. Cindy, his spouse, actively supports Bobby in all his pursuits. She contributes to the business by managing office tasks and serving as a trusted advisor for key decisions. Phil, their son, grew up by Bobby's side, gaining an appreciation for the trade. As he matured, Phil enthusiastically worked to help grow our company. Phil and his spouse, Melanie, are keen to plant their roots within the company. In 2018, we transitioned our name from RT Plumbing and Heating to RT Services to accurately reflect our expanded services. We consider it a joy and honor to operate as a family-owned business.

In 1993, Robert Thurber decided to start his own venture after 11 years of experience in plumbing and heating. His strong work ethic and stellar reputation quickly led to business growth. Phil, his son, was frequently by Robert's side, learning the trade from an early age. As he grew older, Phil actively worked to expand our company. In 2018, we introduced our HVAC division. We also changed our name from RT Plumbing and Heating to RT Services to accurately represent our full range of services.
