In 1993, Bobby embarked on his entrepreneurial journey following 11 years in the plumbing and heating sector. His strong work ethic and excellent reputation quickly propelled the business forward. Cindy, his spouse, actively supports Bobby in all his pursuits. She helps in the office and provides valuable insights for major decisions. At a young age, Phil frequently accompanied Bobby, learning to value the profession. As he matured, Phil enthusiastically worked to help grow our company. Phil and his wife, Melanie, have developed a strong desire to establish their roots in the business. In 2018, we transitioned our name from RT Plumbing and Heating to RT Services to accurately reflect our expanded services. We take great pride in being a family-operated business.

In 1993, Robert Thurber took the initiative to establish his own business after 11 years in the plumbing and heating industry. Thanks to his steadfast work ethic and remarkable reputation, the business developed quickly. From a young age, Phil was often with Robert, gaining insights into the trade. With maturity, Phil became enthusiastic about contributing to our business growth. In 2018, we introduced our HVAC division. Additionally, we rebranded from RT Plumbing and Heating to RT Services to better reflect our comprehensive service offerings.
