In 1993, Bobby took the leap to start his own business after gaining 11 years of experience in plumbing and heating. His strong work ethic and excellent reputation quickly propelled the business forward. Bobby's wife, Cindy, is instrumental in backing his ventures. She helps in the office and provides valuable insights for major decisions. From a young age, their son Phil was often alongside Bobby, learning to appreciate the craft. As he grew older, Phil eagerly took on the challenge of expanding our business. Phil and his wife, Melanie, have developed a strong desire to establish their roots in the business. In 2018, we changed our name from RT Plumbing and Heating to RT Services to better showcase our full range of services. We take great pride in being a family-operated business.

In 1993, Robert Thurber ventured out on his own after 11 years in the plumbing and heating field. His dedication and excellent reputation allowed the business to flourish rapidly. Phil, his son, often learned the trade alongside Robert from a young age. With maturity, Phil became enthusiastic about contributing to our business growth. In 2018, we introduced our HVAC division. Furthermore, we transitioned our name from RT Plumbing and Heating to RT Services to better illustrate our diverse offerings.
