In 1993, Bobby embarked on his entrepreneurial journey following 11 years in the plumbing and heating sector. Thanks to his unwavering work ethic and outstanding reputation, the business grew rapidly. Cindy, his spouse, actively supports Bobby in all his pursuits. She helps in the office and provides valuable insights for major decisions. Phil, their son, grew up by Bobby's side, gaining an appreciation for the trade. As he grew older, Phil eagerly took on the challenge of expanding our business. Phil and his spouse, Melanie, are keen to plant their roots within the company. In 2018, we rebranded from RT Plumbing and Heating to RT Services to better represent our diverse offerings. We take great pride in being a family-operated business.

In 1993, Robert Thurber decided to start his own venture after 11 years of experience in plumbing and heating. His dedication and excellent reputation allowed the business to flourish rapidly. Phil, his son, often learned the trade alongside Robert from a young age. As he grew older, Phil actively worked to expand our company. In 2018, we launched our HVAC division. Furthermore, we transitioned our name from RT Plumbing and Heating to RT Services to better illustrate our diverse offerings.
