BEWARE...I had a plumbing emergency so I called RT Plumbing. Craig the owner came out but he needed to come back the next day to do the job. He seemed like a nice guy. Made all Kinds of promises. The next day he sent some guy to do the he job, told me a part was back ordered and they would come back to finish. Well, it turns out that was a lie. They did not come back to finish. After several ignored phone calls I realized Craig was a very sleazy dishonorable man. I would not recommend this money hungry animal to my worst enemy.

BUYER BEWARE. I just had an ejector pump replaced by RT Plumbing of Hammonton. Craig, the owner seemed like a nice guy - I had actually asked a contractor relative for a referral of an honest plumber, because, you know... After his inspection I was told the job would be $1500 - when I showed surprise that it was so high, I was told ""the pump itself will cost over $1000"". I was not happy with the price but I told him to go ahead with the replacement. He said he had another job that day and asked if he could come back later in the day. I told him no rush, he could even do the repair the next day. He came back about 30 minutes later and said his other job was cancelled so he could do my repair. The job took less than a half an hour and the owner, Craig, was such a sweetheart he knocked $50 off the bill. After looking over his invoice which stated the replacement part details, a quick google search gave me pricing between $330 and $340 for the pump as well as the info that it has a 3 year warranty - RT Plumbing only provided me with a 2 year warranty. I emailed them for the paperwork and was told they would drop it off. They didn't. I emailed again and told them I felt they misrepresented the cost of the pump and really over charged me and gave them the opportunity to prove me wrong. They didn't. So, here I am telling my story in hopes that they don't do this to someone else.
