So, My water bill doubled over a month and I couldn't find a leak. So spoke to RT Plumbing initially and explained I needed to find a leak and it was under my slab. They came out and had my uncle meet them as I was at work. They, checked everything I had already done and explained to him I had done. They did find a few small leaks in the home but nothing like what caused me to use 3k gallons in less than a week, and fixed the small leaks but then told my uncle they don't have the equipment to locate the leak under the slab, which was the reason I hired them to find. This cost me $100. They gave my uncle's Darrels Locating number and unfortunately my uncle called them(as I wouldn't have as he came out for a specific job and then stating they dont have the equipment to do it, so felt kinda played by them).
Anyway, the locator service guy didn't do his job either, so not a good experience overall.

On the positive note: RT did answer my call on a holiday weekend. Came at the time they said they would. And were responsive over the phone. I think if it wouldn't have been for the combo I had to pay 2 different people to find the leak and he would have told me I would need a locator there first, I might have considered hiring him to fix the leak just for being so nice over the phone on a holiday weekend.

A tree fell down at the end of our row of town homes and broke the water main that supplied the water for our 4 town homes. RT Plumbing was called right away, which was after 6 pm, and they were on the scene within 30 minutes. They made the repairs quickly and are top-notch guys! I highly recommend them!
