Tim from RT Olson stopped by to give me a price on an entire new HVAC system. My furnace was at least 50 years old (likely same one the house was built with) with my AC being not too far behind (~20 years). Upon inspection my ducting (also likely 50 years old and asbestos laden) would also need to be replaced along with the lineset that came from the outdoor unit. All in all, I was looking at a pretty large bill for redoing the entire system - but after seeing previous jobs that RT Olson had completed, I felt pretty confident in picking them as they were priced competitively and they obviously had great pride in their work. Alex and Tai were the installers that spent the 2 days going in and out of my cramped attic - they made the job look easy and did excellent work. Highly recommend them! My only guff is with the thermostat they used which was a Nuve Smart Thermostat. It unfortunately does not have any integrations with homekit or home assistant (currently), so it does not tie in to my already existing smart home setup. No biggie though, maybe some day I (or someone else) can bridge that gap. No dings for that but just a heads up for someone currently using a smart home setup like home assistant.

Called RT Olson out to get an estimate on a full repipe. Shane came out and was very kind and professional with the exception of a couple of comments about not hiring un-licensed Mexicans (unnecessary and caught me off guard as my spouse and i are both Hispanic). Pushing through Tyler showed up shortly after to do an additional review of the home and give us our quote. At first I was blown away by the professionalism and told them i would think about the estimate offer. A few hours later this professionalism disintegrated with a follow up call to see if we were going to move forward with their work. I declined due to cost and the overall attitude of Tyler changed to bratty for lack of a better term.

Can't rate the work but the overall approach was off putting for future projects or recommendations

Tim and Jacob came out to take a look at my heater since I couldn't get the system to work. They got up on the roof, thoroughly checked everything, and even used sensors to make sure the heating was functioning properly. Thankfully, it turned out to be an operator error--not a system problem.

Tim was incredibly patient and took the time to walk me through how to properly use the thermostat. I really appreciated their professionalism, attention to detail, and kindness throughout the visit. I'm a happy customer and highly recommend their services!

Tim, Adam, Shane, and Alfonso do a good job. They have done mostly plumbing repairs but also some installs and some HVAC work. They do a great job cleaning up afterwards.

The company does good work and they support the work after the job is done but they are not cheap.

Tim came and tuned up our air conditioning and did a great job! Incredibly personable, friendly, and answered my questions about my HVAC system. Rather than just testing AC or just testing heat, he did both. Our AC compressors were quite dirty after 2.5 years, but he cleaned them to brand new! Also, he noticed that the compressor units weren't strapped down when they were installed by a previous company, so he strapped them down for no additional charge! Looking forward to a great summer with nice cool air from our AC!

Tim and his team are so knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and courteous, and they took the time to explain everything clearly.. they had our AC up and running in no time. Shane and Tim are amazing !! They spent 4 hours here doing our water heater flush and AC tuneup. We ended up joining the VIP membership. Shane even helped clean up our backyard which was very kind and unexpected. We are first time homeowners and they helped explain everything to us. Bob Olsen and Jeff Graham have been great to me and my family for the last 20 years, they've helped us with multiple projects from reconstruction to plumbing to various different things that helped my family with our house.

Fast-forward today, we bought a new home in Corona and it needed many remodels starting with a pipe that burst. I called out RT Olson plumbing heating and air and immediately within a couple hours. Tyler and Tim showed up. They were very kind and thoroughly checked everything. They found a leak that had actually caused the internal walls to mold which led to different health issues with my family. Thankfully, we came up with a great payment plan that allowed us to not have to pay anything with no interest for 12 months and the monthly payment fit in my budget.

The next day they started on the re-pipe and fix the leak and within two days all the holes in my house that they had to cut for the new pipes were patched. They did such an amazing job and we even got a reverse osmosis system and a water treatment system.

The HVAC system is amazing. We decided to go with the heat pump because we have solar panels and there are significant rebates that I will be applying for. Also, it's a lot less noisy than before because the air conditioner is right next to my mom's room.

These guys are amazing highly recommend them !
