My sister recommended Scott, the owner of RSM TILE and told me that I had to hire him for my upcoming project. That's because her experience from Scott and his main side kick Augi do amazing work. There are so many points I would like to make but it this review would be to long. They are- On Time, Gave an Accurate Quote, Very Clean, Protects your things, Helps with suggestions, Beautiful Work, just to mention a few. My house was given a new life with brand new floors. My house feels new again. I know I am not related but HIRE HIM

After getting a few estimates from tile contractors to re-do our master bathroom, we were running out of choices due to high estimates and ghosting of our project! Then I heard about RSM Tile and Scott Miller. I called him and he returned my call right away, showed up to measure and give us his estimate and checked all of the boxes you want in a contractor: Clear, precise, professional, a good communicator, courteous and respectful, on time and with a great work ethic at a fair price. He said the job would take 2 1/2 weeks and each day he would go over everything he planned to do and make sure we were all on the same page. The work was done by Scott and his helper Augie and the estimate he gave was right on target. They arrived on time ready to work and at the end of the day cleaned up ready for next days work. Our previous huge bathtub and small shower is now a large walk in shower that is beautifully tiled and such a great improvement. We are thrilled and would highly recommend Scott for any and all of your tile work in your home.

Scott, the owner of RSM Tile is the epitome of outstanding professionalism. Scott did everything himself with the exception of an assist with the demo. From the moment he provided a detailed estimate, to the final touch, everything he did was perfectly executed. The time frame was clearly adhered to, with updates communicated daily. Demo was quickly accomplished with extremely diligent debris mitigation and cleanup. Scott did all the re-plumbing and even flawlessly fixed a factory defect on our new bathtub. New fixtures and drain were perfectly installed. The tile work was perfect, with every tile, custom bull-nose border, Schluter trim piece, penny tile niche and trim ribbon, and every grout line meticulously and perfectly executed and installed. Scott's attention to detail, cleanliness, respect of our property and communication were all outstanding. And - he's a very nice guy! His prices are competitive and I doubt you'll find such a combination of expertise and integrity anywhere else.

RSM tile was highly recommended by Dal tile and boy did Scott live up to the expectation! He was prompt with a thorough bid and honest about how soon the work could be done based on his current commitments. Our job was a master bath subway wall that would only be a day and a half to complete. We agree on 3 weeks out with a commitment to work us in if possible. Scott worked us in a couple weeks later and the job turn out great! I would definitely recommend Scott to anyone in need of quality tile work.

Scott tiled our entire house and did an amazing job. It looks absolutely perfect! I am a perfectionist and there was not one mistake or blemish, tiles were cut perfectly and the grout looks amazing. Not only is his workmanship outstanding but his business ethic also, very trustworthy. Him and his crew kept the dust and demo minimal and cleaned up the mess entirely. The job went so smoothly, mind you our house is 3,500 sq ft. I can't say enough about RSM tile!

Scott did an amazing job patching up my hallway tile and added my bath vanity backsplash. He is a perfectionist, with a little OCD too which is what I like. Even upgraded my baseboard and made a great design to fit around AC vent. Very professional and super clean , left my place cleaner than it started!

I just read review below mine . So to that person. You did not dodge a bullet , you just missed out on an amazing contractor . One who also repaired a crack in my foundation which I was unaware of. Scot went ahead and repaired without question.

To start, Scott is a gentleman, he cleans up after he's done working, he is early, he goes over the plans with you in a way that ensures you have a thorough understanding of the process he is going to go through and how the finished product will look. He is a genuinely nice person. I have such confidence in Scott that I have hired him for three different projects over the last four years. The most recent project was tile flooring for my house 1800 ft.²; in my opinion his finished product is phenomenal. I will definitely hire him again for my future tile projects.

We just had our master bathroom completely remodeled, all the tile work on the shower and floor being done by Scott Miller, owner of RSM Tile. The result....absolutely incredibly beautiful. From the onset Scott was fastidious, professional, punctual and a pleasure to work with, plus his price was very reasonable.
