I hired Russ to do the install of a full 3 piece bathroom in my existing laundry room, I am the home owner and """"contractor"""" and Russ was my subcontractor for this job. There was about a 2 month delay in starting the job due to county paperwork, permits, drawings, etc, big learning curve for me. Once I got all the proper paperwork and permits I called Russ to let him know we were ready to proceed (quite surprised he was still willing to do the job after all the delays). He and his assistant Jewel were such a pleasure to have at my home. They are very courteous and answered every stupid question I asked, I felt as if I were dealing with old friends and that is huge in my book. They were here when they said they would be or called if they were running behind. It is really nice to find local, independent professionals right here in Englewood. I would highly recommend RSA Plumbing to anyone that is in need of any pluming issues large or small. They are very personable and easy to talk with, if there are concerns or questions they take the time to """"listen"""" to their customers and respond with answers you can actually understand. Great people I could go on and on however I suggests you just call Russ the next time you are in need of a plumbing specialist and you will see what I mean!

Cannot say enough good things about RSA Plumbing. Russ came to help with a major condo updating job. He is truly a Master Plumber. Not only is he an excellent, experienced plumber, but he was honest and very reasonably priced. A true gem for the Englewood area. Wish I could call him when we need help in Ohio.

If there was ever a 6 star category Russ at RSA plumbing would certainly qualify. Had the plumbing pleasure to use his services for a required water back pressure test. Thorough, timely, most fair in price. Could not have been more pleased. Now I'm thinking I need a plumbing problem to call him again! That's how good this guy is. Use his services. Truth.
