Called to have someone come out to check a possible leak. Made an appt but still ended up waiting around for someone to come by. Called them and they said they couldnt find my address. Finally came out and said he didn't find a leak. Called a different company to double check and they found the problem and fixed it.

Easily my go to plumber since 2009 - I don't quite remember the first job but it was good enough to remember to call them again. My experience before, was calling several plumbers for competing bids, but having found RS, it just seemed pointless after going through this process and always having them be the best choice.

I recently had RS plumbing do a lot of work for me. They installed a vent for a dryer through an exterior wall, with permits. They installed a gas line for the dryer, cleaned out my wall heater so the gas company would turn on the gas, unclogged my exploding sink and did a hydrojetting of the main sewer line for my condo complex all within a 2 week time time period. They are professional, responsive and even worked with me on the price for the hydrojetting. They were real lifesavers from Ricardo, the owner and Ozzy, one of the plumbers and Rosio the coordinator. Thanks so much to the whole team. I would highly recommend them and they will be my go to for all my plumbing needs.

We have used this company twice and have been extremely satisfied with their work. They did a major backyard re-pipe for us at our rental, and it was so neatly done that you could hardly tell that any work had been done at all. And the cost was well within the right range for work that big. At our own home, they came when they said, did exactly what we needed, and charged a totally fair price. This is a very professional company, and they will be our go-to plumbers from now on.

Who is ever that happy about spending a bunch of cash to fix plumbing? Not me....
Had an unexpected back up in my old home & we quickly discovered I didn't have an access valve to the main line.
RS was prompt and professional. The problem appears 100% fixed, they totally cleaned the work area up after and the price was very reasonable (based ok feedback from other people who have had the same job done).
I hope I don't need them again, at least for a job like this one, but if I do, I will call them without a doubt.

Ricardo and his team (Robert was the foreman on our job) were great! We did a major bathroom/kitchen remodel with all new plumbing. They are professional and on top of things. We had some change orders and he was very reasonable in addressing them. He is easy to reach and returns call promptly. I've worked with several different plumbers and he is definitely the best so far.

I had previously prepared another testimony and was eagerly waiting to submit it, but the plumber managed to endeavor the very minimum to avoid a more scathing rating and review.

Suffice it to say that, as a previous tradesman and current property manager, I would not kick them off a job were they contacted to do it, but I would attempt to contact a few other local providers before endeavoring to use them again.

These guys are tremendous. We had called them out after another plumber told us he needed to cut up my mother-in-laws driveway, sidewalk and street to fix a lateral sewer blockage costing in excess of $10K. Lewis and crew came out analyzed the problem, ensured us no cutting of concrete would be required. They excavated the dirt and lawn, found the problem, exactly where they told us it would be and fixed it!! Very knowledgeable, professional and personable. I would highly recommend them.
