On their recommendation after they inspected the issue I was having, I was told that I needed to purchase and replace the pressure valve regulator. I purchased the requested parts which they installed. This was at the end of July. Less than 5 months later we noticed that it was leaking (it could have been leaking for much longer but we just noticed it a few days ago). So...I called today and wasn't able to leave a VM because the message box was full (doesn't instill the greatest confidence knowing that messages left are not being responded to), and then I sent an email using the email address posted on their site, and got a return email notifying me that the email address was invalid (all I did was click on the site's email address -- and I checked to ensure that it was the same as what was showing --- it was). Anyone can come and install a new device...but if or when there is a problem, how that company responds is their true test of value. In this case, even though I have a 1-year warranty, it appears that I will probably need to go elsewhere and have to pay someone to fix the same problem I was having. Disappointing.

I have used Robert twice now. Once for a kitchen sink blockage and recently for a water heater replacement. he came out to fix problem in a timely manner. I feel he has integrity and will not screw you on pricing. His work is done well and very efficient. He was a little late but he took an extra $25 off his already fair competitive price. Hopefully I want need to use him again, but I will if needed

When your water heater is leaking all over the garage, it's an emergency. While I normally go to Sears for appliance needs since their financing is usually enticing, Sears takes a while to get an appointment for someone to come. So I turned to Yelp and found RS Plumbing with excellent reviews. Robert of RS was all the positive things I had read about. Firstly, he answered his phone quickly. He explained what he would do and the cost so you knew up front what to expect. And, most importantly, he could come the very next day. He came over right on time, was pleasant, worked efficiently, and there were no hidden cost surprises. (Prior to calling RS, I had called another company that had good reviews. Their answering machine was on but it gave no greeting to know whether I had even called the right company. I left a message. After an hour with no return call, I called again. Same answering machine, and I left another message. I never received a return call, even to this day.) Robert answered his phone, and even while he was busy working on my water heater replacement, he was answering his phone to promptly respond to other customers. I totally recommend RS Plumbing. Yelp is a great way to find good and reliable companies and weed out the bad so us customers don't waste our hard earned money! Thank you Robert!!! and thank you Yelp and Yelpers.

Talked to Robert on the phone about a shower valve problem. He did research on our off-brand valve to find a replacement. He found the right part, told us what it was, and suggested a ""Do It Yourself"" solution based on the pictures we sent him. All this at no charge. We will definitely be using him for future repairs, and we'll pay him!
