Robert was great! I called him in the morning to see if he could replace my grandmother's leaking water heater. He installed a new water heater by the afternoon. His prices were the lowest too. Very pleased with his work. I will definitely be using him the future.

We needed to get faucets replaced on a double sink in one of our bathrooms. Due to the way it was originally installed by the builder, it was not a simple installation and we were informed by multiple plumbers that it would be more time and cost intensive to complete the job. RS plumbing came to our rescue and was able to complete the job for us at a very reasonable price. We live in an older home and have had multiple plumbing issues over the years and to repair them is never inexpensive. I was pleasantly surprised by the cost and the service provided by RS Plumbing and would definitely call them again. Thank you RS Plumbing!

Robert is incredibly honest and true to his word. He came to install a tankless water heater that I had bought from Noritz. Turns out I had received a lemon, (it failed 6 months after install) after going back and forth with the manufacturer Robert was able to resolve everything. Noritz was a pain in the neck to deal with but Robert was outstanding!

Our garbage disposal broke. Robert came out very quickly to look at it, and sure enough, it was working. I told him that 30 minutes ago it was making a grinding noise, and he expained why that was. I apologized for making him come out, and he couldn't have been nicer and more professional. We will continue to do business with him!

Met with him and he fixed our masterbedroom sink faucet problem, as well as with our hot water heater. He was fast and efficient with his time. I have used RS Plumbing several times in the past few years. We bought a major fixer upper and the owner, Rob, has re-routed lines, repaired slab leaks, moved plumbing and repaired/replaced toilets as we've made home improvements. He has always answered his phone, arrived when he said he would and been professional. I have a home warranty but the people they have sent were total idiots! I called Rob and he came immediately and fixed the problem made worse by the other guy. I only call RS Plumbing now! I would rather pay out of pocket for someone that knows what they are doing! If you need a job done right the 1st time you need to call Rob!

He has been to our house before to fix a faucet, but this time he came out on an emergency call to look at our water heater to confirm it was the heater itself - didnt charge me for this. Then after a couple of days to order the one we wanted, he came back on a saturday to replace my water heater, and did a great job. Was very fast and polite.

On their recommendation after they inspected the issue I was having, I was told that I needed to purchase and replace the pressure valve regulator. I purchased the requested parts which they installed. This was at the end of July. Less than 5 months later we noticed that it was leaking (it could have been leaking for much longer but we just noticed it a few days ago). So...I called today and wasn't able to leave a VM because the message box was full (doesn't instill the greatest confidence knowing that messages left are not being responded to), and then I sent an email using the email address posted on their site, and got a return email notifying me that the email address was invalid (all I did was click on the site's email address -- and I checked to ensure that it was the same as what was showing --- it was). Anyone can come and install a new device...but if or when there is a problem, how that company responds is their true test of value. In this case, even though I have a 1-year warranty, it appears that I will probably need to go elsewhere and have to pay someone to fix the same problem I was having. Disappointing.
