I have used Joe a few times, he is very responsive, a hard worker, and gets the job done. The last time I used Joe, there was a leaking pipe that was flooding into my tenants apartment. He came same day and got the job fixed. If you are in need give him a call.

Joe was outstanding! I needed an outdoor faucet replaced. It had been leaking for a couple of years but until day I could turn it off using vice grips. With winter coming I could not afford to not get this right. He came and worked on our issue the same day. He even pointed out where the turnoff valve was located for the outside water lines. This was something that other plumbers could not locate. So instead of turning off the water to the entire house he was able to limit our inconvenience as he worked. He was very polite, and his service was done in a timely manner and was very professional. If ever needed, we would not hesitate to call him again. Overall, extremely satisfied with his work. I would certainly recommend Joe to family and friends.

Joe was great! From the moment he arrived he went to work analyzing the issue. I love how he keep me informed throughout the entire process. I was informed by a previous plumber that drywall and tile had to be removed but Joe was able to resolve the problem without cutting the drywall and tile. I thought his price was reasonable and he was very informative and fast. Definitely will use his services again.

Messaged Joe about the spigot I needed fixed and he came out the same day, fixed the spigot without going through my drywall, which another plumber told me he needed to do in order to fix it. Instead of a 4hr job, it was maybe 20 minutes and done. Highly recommend Joe as he was honest, replied immediately and fixed the same day. Joseph was fast, clearly knew what he was doing, and took the time to explain everything to me too so I understood what was going on! He also laid out pricing clearly and was very transparent and a much better deal than anyone else who I contacted. I had a leaky toilet and it was so much worse than expected. He went to Home Depot, got everything we could possibly need, kept me updated every step of the way on timing, and made sure the toilet was perfect before leaving. I can't recommend him enough!!!

Joseph was very informative about the situation before he even arrived to our house. We had been dealing with water backing up into our house for almost 2 weeks, we called our warranty company and they sent out 2 different companies who were not able to resolve the issue. I live in California and I owe a property in Chicago. I have contacted many plumbers to come fix various issue on the house and have always been disappointed. I was ripped off a few times and most have been very flaky with their appointments. So I was weary of calling another plumber in the Chicago area. But Joe is nothing short of awesome. I called him out to give me an estimate on separating the gas lines. He ended up finding a few leaks in the basement, going to Home Depot to buy the parts and fixing everything by 11:30pm. That kind of dedication is really hard to find.

He is very knowledgeable, does amazing work, explains everything in detail, and actually cares enough to follow up on his work to make sure the leak had stopped. I am a real customer with a lot bad experiences in the past. So finding someone like Joe was a pleasant surprise, and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him for any and all plumbing jobs. Joe really impressed me with his impressive work, his fair pricing and responsiveness throughout this job. He quickly diagnosed where the leak I was having came from, worked through changing out all the rusted and worn parts and now the water pressure is smoother than it's been in 10 years and not a leak to be had.
