Man - there are a TON of plumbing companies out there, big and small and it is NOT easy to find one that is responsive, knowledgeable, AND reasonably priced. Joe was super-fast responsive, showed up exactly when he said he would and communicated well. He's definitely got some frantic energy there but he put it to good use and worked hard at unclogging a kitchen island drain line. Had all the tools, and worked above and beyond by staying to test the drain for multiple runs and in the end charged me exactly the price he'd quoted me the day before.

I recently hired Joe to get a second opinion on a leak we were having. Another plumber had suggested we removed multiple areas of the ceiling to locate the leak, and Joe was able to solve the issue by making one small hole in a closet to get to the pipe, saving us thousands of dollars and inconvenience of potentially having our ceiling torn into.
