Thanks to R&R Plumbing for their professionalism and quality service. Our HOA uses them and I have them doing work within my unit which ranges from cleaning out clogs, hydro jetting to installing faucets and toilets. Kevin and Antonio are responsive and highly professional. I request Kevin as I appreciate that he explains what he is doing along the way, is so considerate as he works in your home, and provides quality work with excellent customer service.

R&R Plumbing Services has helped us out several times over the last year alone. We've had a few different pros from R&R come to our house, and they are all super professional and helpful. They not only explain the issue, but also take you through step by step, and explain what they needed to do to fix the problem. They have replaced our hot water heater valve, replaced our kitchen sink, unclogged our kitchen sink and bathtub, and fixed our shower head that was leaking behind the wall. R&R saved the day every time. You can get the work scheduled - also a very smooth process because they are in constant communication - and know it will be taken care of.
They also do quality and clean work. What I noticed that was different from other professional plumbers was how they communicate respect for you and your home from the minute they enter. They are the only service I have seen who wears shoe protectors in the house and a setup for their equipment that helps them work efficiently. I received a recommendation for R&R Plumbing Services from our HOA, and now I won't use anyone else.

Fast and great service! Cassandra is very friendly and helpful. I was very pleased that the company assigned Marcial to help me with my toilet water pump issue. He was attentive to detail and resolved the problem efficiently. I also had issues with my shower area that needed assessment, and Marcial thoroughly explained the problems, communicated with his office about the necessary parts, and helped me schedule the next appointment right away. He did an excellent job and will definitely be my go-to plumber. Highly recommended!

They alert you beforehand and arrive on time! Very professional and make a skilled assessment of my service needs. Only do the work that is needed, they don't try to over-service me. I've used them several times (stopped up sinks, replaced toilet rings, and made a consultation on my lack of hot water. I live in a highrise, our water systems are connected. R&R saved me a lot of money when they said the problem was not mine (I was about to have a hole torn into my wall to replace a valve that did not need to be placed), but the problem was coming from outside of my unit. Kevin is amazing, easy to work with!!! He goes over his consult in simple understanding language! Also the ladies on the phone when you call are always so pleasant and efficient!
