Having anything installed by a big box store you never know who will do the instal or their skill level, product wise or customer. Today Mr. William Smith installed our dishwasher. He was on time and did an expert job not only with removal of our 35 year old dishwasher but with the installation of the new. Not only that he gave us an excellent run down of the units operation and use. He certainly exemplifies our expectations of service & customer care. He is not paid enough for these skills.

He told me that this is a family business that spans across 4 generations and the pride he has in his work and his family is simply amazing. Call R&R first. They are great. I called with an emergency (drain was stopped up, sewage ending up in my yard) on a Sunday evening and they came out and took care of everything. Their prices are very reasonable and they are very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
