My water heater quit yesterday (a Sunday). I called R&R and they came early today (a Monday) and installed a new tank with new fittings, etc for exactly the price I was quoted over the phone. Rodney and his assistant were professional, thorough and prompt and they left the work area at least as clean as they found It. I have no complaints and I can recommend them without reservation.

Highly disappointed with this company called and made a appointment and was confirmed for the very next day. No show at all tried calling him two times on Friday with no answer or response. No Common courtesy. If he would have just gave me a call this review would be 100% different.

My family has been using R&R plumbing for about 10 years. They do a frat job at a reasonable price. Rodney has always been a man of his word and traveled to help us late on the weekend.

***DO NOT USE! these people promised my mother they would be out there yesterday to help, she's been without water for almost 3 days! they promised they would be there. At end of day, they were a no show and stopped answering their phones! They should not be in business! shameful!

I called them out on 2/8/19 around 3pm because I had a backup in the main line . They answer the call and assured me they would be at my house at 5pm . 6 pm came along I called back to answer text them no answer R&R please don't take a job that your not planning to attend! Needless to say customers are not there priority

I called out this company on 9/14/2018 for a hole drilled into the drywall that hit a pipe over our kitchen window. They came out quick and charged me $225, it was late at night and I had company coming out the next day so I paid the over price charge. Needless to say I paid him $250 instead of $225 when I noticed once he left that I paid more then I should have and he took the extra money I called him and he said he would be back the next day with the extra $25 to this day he is ducking and dodging me! Has not returned my over payment or never made an attempt to tell me that I over paid. This tells me his ethics and honesty are not to be trusted! Would never hire again!!

I called and was able to get an appointment that very next Saturday. The plumber came out checked out our piping and was quickly able to eliminate any plumbing issues and advised us to call an HVAC company. He was nice and informative.

I had this company replace my kitchen faucet and rebuild two of my toilets. They were punctual, professional, and completed the work in a timely fashion. They also have really good pricing, in comparison to other plumbers. I would recommend them for anyone who needs a local plumber.
