My boyfriend scheduled an appointment with RPS nearly two months in advance and day of no one showed. He called relentlessly, as did his home warranty consultant, but no one could reach them. Had the plumber simply answered the phone and notified him that he was no longer available to come all would have been forgiven. However He did not! Refusing to answer the phone is just bad business and caused my boyfriend, as well as myself, to view this ""trusted"" conpany differently.
